The products I ordered were delivered within a few days and they were smartly packed with return label in case I needed to send something back, which I don't because I love the things I ordered. Since the size charts online are accurate, I was able to figure out which size I needed very easily. I'll order from Rose again, without question!

Hello, I have to share with you the awfull experience that I had with this online store - no respect for customers. The store is based in Germany and I am an EU buyer. With regard to order number 102527513 - I ordered a set of wheels that were on offer on the 13th of june and the bank processed the payment on the 16th of june. Waited and waited for the wheels to be shipped. On the 24th of june I recieve an email that states that they don’t have the front wheel in stock anymore (although when making the order the company states that the products are reserved for you) and whether I wanted to cancel the order or only get the back wheel. I responded on the 27th that I wanted to cancel the order. I am writting this review on the 29th of june 2022, still no answer from them and still waiting for my refund. I emailed them again today. Shame on you for wasting my time, could have gotten a different wheelset from a different buyer.
All I can say - stay away!!!

I was buing in the shop previously. I payed by card but there was some weird information about processing and shipping. Order was set to state Complete and my bike was not even sent at that moment. Then it took a while until I got some further information but eventually bike came and we were butterfly and unicorns..
My second experience is ongoing and I am disappointed beyond level Serbia 90'. no offence.. but this is Germany.. They are supposed to be precise...
But this is not even the level eastern Europe e-shop. It is terrible experience. If I knew this is going to happen I'd rather pay 200 more somewhere else and just chill..
Ok let's go to the root of my problem. I ordered Rose Bruce for my son with Stamp 1 pedals. Bike 999, pedals 39.90, shipping 40. all in all 1078.90.
While ordering I checked the box "send the whole order at once", so that send me everything once the whole order is ready.
What happened is, I received the pedals today. Bike nowhere. Bike was not even shipped. Why? no one knows. It supposed to be in stock. They say it is packed and ready for delivery company to pick up. So they picked up pedals but bike was too heavy??
Still not the problem. My problem is I was charged twice. So 1078,90 was blocked on my account twice. 2157,80. It would be fine if they said, there was problem in our system we are trying to solve it. What I received as a reply was: "When you place an order by credit card, the amount on the card first is only reserved, not debited. We do not charge your card until the order is invoiced. The 1078,90€ is only for the reservation,..." This is my biggest concern they think it is normal. What I am afreaid of the most is that once the bike comes they will charge the other 1078,90..
Now they are not communicating and I am 1078,90 € short and without bike..

Terrible aftersales experience. love the bike that I bought. It is nice bike and great value for money. However, my crank got destroyed after 30km. It is definitely fault of the part (shimano deore). I contacted Rose, however they are super slow with the response. I was asked about some details, however no solution was provided to me yet. Will Rose send a new part? Should I buy it somewhere else and Rose will refund? I have no idea and I have no idea when my questions will be responded to. I hope that I will ride my bike this summer. Please hire more technicians/customer service representatives so customers do not have to wait for response to emails for such a long time.

After several years of using the service with 4 digit sum of Euros, still happy with the service, prices and good selection. Few minor delays (supply chain issues) and issues that was resolved promptly, so feeling happy to use the service in the future as well.

When you order online a Bike, is a challenge! I sent a requeuest of technical information and I was vary happy to recive the answer right the day after, not all the model are quicly avaiable but this is common problem, Rose is doing great job to keep a good sortiment and provide resonable delivery time. I order on Saturday and bike arrived Tuesday, the packge was super and after few check and adjustment i'm ready to ride. So all perfect... well a small gadget like bottle or portable tools can make a sign of good customer! now i have to ride with one other vendor bottle :-( .

Tried to purchase a bicycle on sunday, the bugs on the website didn't make me go through the payment and not even after a few minutes the bicycle was sold out.
Very unlikely I will ever purchase a bike now that the price is 400€ more expensive.
I suggest to implement a short booking system for somebody starts the purchase process otherwise you will make may angry customers that "could have been"

Shame about all the bad reviews. Maybe it's the luck of the draw but my experience was absolutely fine. My DI2 equipped X lite 4 was amazing value, looks great and has been brilliant especially last week in Majorca. I was able to spec it exactly as i wanted it with a 52 x 36 chainring, with the bar width and stem and crank length I wanted etc etc. Other bike suppliers give you no such options. Altogether a great buy and would recommend. Shame they're not shipping to the UK. Only quibble was that the bike was advertised at 6.8kg plus or minus 5% and was of course 5% over. Still an amazingly light, fast, comfortable and good looking bike for about £3250. Shame they've stopped shipping to the UK.

Bought a Rose backroad cross a few years ago. Essentially this is an off road bike so a few battle scars such as heel rubs on the rear stays are inevitable: however, top tube seemed to suffer excessive paint scuffs to the point where the raw carbon fibre beneath was exposed. Final nail in the coffin was when I replaced the paint protection film on the rear triangle as it had faded over time (as it always does): on careful removal it took a load of paint with it. Frames clearly not prepared properly at factory and warranty replacement enquiries allegedly don't cover paint despite it not being fit for purpose. Disappointing given I loved this bike when new. A lost future customer: think of them as Germany's answer to planet X minus the Germanic quality control and you're there...

Not a very good customer service. Ordered goods and upon delivery I discovered a missing part. The customer service team was not very helpful and informed me that I could always return the package. It was a 500eur order and the missing part would have costed Rose Bikes 20eur. In the end, they have lost the customer and I will not be recommending this online shop to anybody else.

Update on reply received from Rose Bikes I have not received any explanation from Rose Bikes on my payment being taken twice. I have received refund, but this was after numerous attempts to contact them. Update on 20th February, Rose Bikes have not telephoned me, I have had to telephone your company numerous times with no callback from Rose Bikes, no one from has gotten back to me with a satisfactory explanation, so your reply is incorrect. I telephoned and spoke to one of the rudest employee on 18/02. The matter has not been resolved and still two amounts have been reserved/taken from bank account. I do not have access to this money as Rose Bikes have taken/reserved from my account. Your reply is not true and still the money has not been unreserved/refunded. Be aware of this when ordering from Rose Bikes. My ordinal review stands, If I could review 0 stars, I would. Rose Bikes have taken 2 payments for the 1 item ordered. The second payment was taken without my authorisation. I have attempted to contact over email to no satisfaction, I called the head office number and spoke to a very rude employee. I contacted my bank and was informed Rose Bikes have kept my card details and can take a payment at any time from my card, without my authorisation. Please be aware of ordering on this website. I will not be ordering again from this website and will close my account.

Superslow delivery to Switzerland, no mention of the very long delivery time, shops that are much further away ship way faster. If I would have known this I would never have ordered...

Last august I bought an Elite Suito-T trainer.
In the first uses (end of october) I identified an abnormal noise, I reported the problem directly to the manufacturer, and Elite told me that the smart trainer should be changed immediately.
November 16th I return the smart trainer to Rose Bikes and started the problems in this process that should be so simple, just change the smart trainer!
I am deeply disappointed, I feel mistaken by Rose Bikes, I am exhausted after 10+ emails and more the 2 months and no information about location of the smart trainer.
20+ years of cycling races and online shopping, and I've never had an experience as bad as it... at the moment I`m asking for legal help through Portugal.

I ordered wheel from DT swiss with them. I chose incorrect payment type (bank transfer instead of CC), it's not possible to change this once the order is placed and that's OK some companies can do this but understand that payment processing can be sometimes a bit complicated so OK. I placed a new order for exactly same stuff and this time chose credit card payment. Turns out it's not possible to cancel the first order and replace it with a credit card order because their procedures are SUPER ENFLEXIBLE end items I ordered are now stacked with the first order and cannot move be moved to another one. A bit annoyed but I paid with a bank transfer and cancelled credit card order. Because I broke my wheel I needed a replacement ASAP, I explained this to them like around five times that this is priority and other items from the order can wait. To my surprise I'm getting an email that they will deliver everything else but not the wheel. They did have a will in their storage at this point, but someone just confused this and created shipment for other items but not the wheel. And so on... altogether shipping took around 2 months for the wheel (i still did not get remaining par, but they are non urgent and I was aware of long wait time as it's really hard to get this items with other retailers as well)
BOTTOM LINE: they managed to mess up every single step in delivery process and they are super inflexible, their approach = following procedures > customer experience
I kind of even find it comic in a way that they excluded from the order exactly the thing I told them couple times is top priority for me... 🤦
