Unforgiving return policy, uncomfortable product

I found Rose Anvil's product and customer service extremely disappointing particularly for how much they appear to lean on the benefits of being a small company. I was given an impersonal, canned response when I attempted to navigate their clunky return process. Their leather photography harnesses are incredibly stiff and uncomfortable, something that's not made at all apparent on their site and it's costly to return them.
