I recently contacted Rose and Hays to enquire about a personalised gift and was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed. The owner’s demeanour was notably discourteous, characterised by a clear sense of self‑importance and an attitude that came across as rather full of herself.
Instead of offering helpful guidance or engaging in a courteous manner, she responded in a way that felt dismissive and unnecessarily abrupt. This made what should have been a simple enquiry feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Although I value supporting small businesses, my experience with Rose and Hays did not reflect the standard of respect, professionalism, or customer care one would reasonably expect.
