Absolute rip off.

24 Days of Stationery Advent Calendar - Absolute rip off.
As others have said, the adverts show something wonderful. The reality of the contents is extremely poor, with a single paperclip in one envelope, though the packaging is pretty. Also beware - the payment process appears to hang. It does not and if you start a second order you end up with 2 orders, neither of which you can cancel so I have 2 boxes of rubbish, one of which is smashed - the outer box is flimsy cardboard and it is packaged in a thin plastic bag which spent over 4 weeks in transit. Neither cam be given as the gifts I had planned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

** AVOID - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH ** Purchased the 24 Days of Stationery as a gift for my daughter as the Instagram advert showed good gifts inside. Upon ordering I was charged another £8 for the company that took the payment. I tried to cancel my order straight away so they said they would refund me the £8. The parcel arrived 3 weeks later completely crushed and ungiftable. The items in the boxes had fallen out and I was shocked to see the absolute rubbish that was in there. Not one of the gifts on the advert was included. I contacted Rosea who just offered me £4 compensation.

Do not buy from this company

This company is definitely a scam. They sent my product with the wrong name on it and refuse to send one with the correct name. They also refuse to refund me. They first offered £3, then £5 and have now said £7 is the most they can refund.
I have told them I paid in full for a product and expect the correct product or a refund. They are refusing.

Total scam company DO NOT USE

Ordered from website, I'm in the UK. They said the total, including p&p, was £28.98. Checked my bank later that day and they had taken out £34.78. I've tried to contact them for the last 31 days, they do not reply.
I have not received my goods. So I have had to take action against them for fraud!!!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. A stationery advent calendar, personalised in someone else's name, arrived. There were two day thirteen and fourteen with a select few missing. The notebook included was covered in bible quotes, the rest absolute junk, Christmas cracker items are better quality. They don't fund postage if returns. I accepted a partial refund after battling it out via PayPal just to be done with it all.

24 Days of total rubbish

Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews, the 24 days of stationery is a complete scam. There has even been a recent article in the times newspaper warning people to avoid these products because scammers are producing fakes products, unfortunately I did not read the article until it was too late. When my order turned up it really was shockingly poor. Avoid this supplier and avoid the 24 days of stationery product, too many fakes out there.

Recently purchased the stationary…

Recently purchased the stationary advent calendar. Firstly, it should state if it’s shipped from China. Took 4 weeks to get here and the quality is very low. Flimsy, slightly damaged (with obviously no hope of sorting as can’t just send another one from China) and awful things inside. Literally a piece of PAPER as a book mark. Awful, miss sold and probably made by people who are not paid correctly. Do better. Be better.

24 Days of Total ***p!

Like others, I wish I'd known/read reviews first! To start with once I ordered, my banking app told me an extra £8 had been taken. Twice I tried to cancel the order immediately but to no avail. It then doesn't turn up until a month later - I can't use the word 'quality' other than to say it's the worst of the worst.
Also there were 2 days missing with 2 days duplicated and the contents....don't get me STARTED. It's disgusting. I've emailed again but I've been had. Vile.

24 Days of Stationery… Total rubbush

Purchased the 24 Days of Stationery advent gifts. Bought two for family. So badly packaged they arrived crushed. Not boxed to protect them and "ungiftable".
Nevermind that the contents are appallingly bad. Not at all as presented.

I purchased a notebook titled "Notes of…

I purchased a notebook titled "Notes of a f......g legend" I was advised the notebook was £10.99 plus postage of £3.99 I was then charged £18.73, I assumed at this point it came from abroad, it did take a while to arrive. It was a present for my husband, but the quality was awful, it was a cheap lined pad with a white card front with a printed message on. It was embarrassing as a present, I am attempting to return the item as I feel I have been ripped off. There is no return system you have to email and they then advise you if you can get a refund.

24 days of complete rubbish!

Like others I hadn't realised this was a scam. I did everything right, went to the actual website, checked the authenticity of the product and ordered direct. Only then did I begin to realise the cold hard truth, especially when I investigated reviews. It took almost four weeks to arrive and when it did, was personalised to someone I didn't know. The contents? Biggest load of rubbish I've ever seen. I tried to log a complaint with PayPal, but they aren't interested as I did get something. I've logged an official complaint with the company, but of course, no reply as yet. It's a shame really, as there have been some positive reviews for the company itself, but poor show Rosea.co.uk, poor show.

“24 Days of Rubbish” more like!

I ordered 3 “24 Days of Stationery” advent calendars at £24.99 each. After 27 days they’ve arrived. After I’d purchased them I unfortunately came across some very negative reviews suggesting it was a scam. To check, I’ve opened all the 24 envelopes from one calendar and I can only describe the contents as “naff”. 10 out of the 24 of them contained poor quality tiny cards with festive messages, some cut off set so the whole message cannot be read. The rest had plastic pens, a paper clip and some post it notes that have got moisture damage. I was going to give them as gifts to relatives but I will not offer these as gifts as it would be an insult. Really poor quality and definitely not worth £24.99 each. Absolute rip off-shame on you.

Worse book ever!

Worse book ever!

I ordered children’s anatomy busy book.the quality of the book is very poor and it’s pages just been photo copied and binded together. The delivery took around 4weeks as it was shipped from USA (and this was not mentioned on the website. The website is a UK website)
Wouldn’t bother purchasing from this website honestly.

Leave well alone. Do not order.

Like several others have said, I ordered and received 24 days of rubbish with the Martha brook calendar. It was just several days ago I saw the message on the Martha brook website advising people of this scam. I should have known really but hey ho.
They also over charged me by £8 although they did refund me but did make me wonder if they intentionally did this in the event I did not notice. Do this on every order and there’s money to be made.
They won’t respond to my email. They are sitting their end laughing but be warned. We can’t all be wrong.

Scam - positive reviews are fake

I ordered the 24 days of stationary advent calendar. To start with they took more money out of my account than they should - I contacted them, got a response within 24hours and the difference refunded several days later. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and wait for my order. Just over four weeks later my order arrived, from the US, and the box and numbered books look lovely, though the ‘books’ are just flimsy card and the box was damaged. But it’s the contents that have appalled me the most - there are no pretty pens, cards or notebooks …. the contents are tacky and what I’d expect from a pound shop and that’s being generous to the pound shop. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
