Don't bother ordering. Ordered an item on 17th Nov thinking it would be here in time for the 1st Dec, it still hasn't come. You think it's a British company, its not, it's shipped from China.

Absolute scam company. I placed an order at the start of October and keep being told to wait for delivery. No update since 8 November and now I've been given new tracking number. Cannot get anyone to accept responsibility. This company 'steals' your money and does not deliver!

Horrendous quality, took 4+ weeks to arrive.
Purchase a stationery advent calendar, days missing from it - no refund offered. Awful.

Placed an order and they took a totally different amount out of my bank account!
Not acceptable, now trying to sort with my bank!!

No stars! Stupidly and regrettably I ordered from this scamming alleged company, after seeing them on FB. I can’t believe I fell for them when I don’t normally trust anything on fb! They took more money than the actual order. I tried to cancel immediately - but couldn’t. They have not replied to a single email or message sent. Apparently my order is still at customs in the US being inspected ??? That is 12 days after ordering. I only ordered 2 little plastic credit card sized cards for reading ecgs - which I have since found out - this company has stolen the videos and pictures from the original creators - they contacted me after they saw my post. I contacted my bank the next morning and they have put a block on the company from taking any further money in the future and had a new card. I can now raise a complaint as ‘goods have not arrived’. It was only £20 but it’s the principle of the point!

3 items ordered, two arrived and were OK, the third - the Stationery Advent Calendar - looked good but the contents were complete tat and nothing like the advertised items. I believe the outer packaging might have been genuine [and therefore stolen] but the contents were just cheap imitations. Says it's a UK company but they offered me a dollar refund - a paltry $5.00 . THIS IS A SCAM

I would give zero if possible.

This is a SCAM company that offers FAKE products! My wife bought our daughter what she believed to be a genuine advent product for Christmas. Only once it arrived it was obvious it was a cheap fake.

We’re now going through PAYPAL to sort out a refund. Having checked on Companies House their address states somewhere in the UK but operated from China! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they’re are fake as are the positive comments.

All of the positive reviews are fake. You only need to read a handful before you start to see the pattern in them (counteracting it the negative ones about not receiving the product and how bad quality items are).
They don’t allow you to verify your negative reviews, so you’ll notice only the fake positive ones are verified. Funny that!
It’s been SIX weeks since my initial order 😂 they send nothing but fake tracking numbers, they actually OVERCHARGE you (PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!) and if you kick up enough of a stink they eventually send you cheap tat from China which nowhere near matches what you originally ordered.
They are a SCAM. Their customer services are scammers, honestly just go straight through PayPal and get your money back because these scammers have zero intention of giving you what you paid for OR refunding you the money they STOLE from you.

Ignore the positive reviews - this is a scam website. They charge you more than the invoice. Totally illegitimate website and emails

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. On 12th October I ordered a Book Lovers advent calendar and 24 days Stationary advent calendar. I have repeatedly sent emails directly to the company and through PayPal and all I got in return was emails telling me it's in USA customs. Then it was in receiving depot in Cardiff and since emails just say 'Be patient'. 1st December I asked for full refund it's now 5th December and I now get no response from the company in any form. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund through PayPal. UPDATE PayPal found in my favour and refunded me

Placed an order for an item that was £22.98 clicked for Apple Pay and they then took £27.48 with zero reason for the
£4.50 increase the bill still shows at £22.98. Contacted them multiple times with zero contact back and now I’m wondering if the times ever going to even appear from reading the reviews and if it does I’m doubting the quality. Not happy

This company is a scam. They stole my images from my website and are using it as their own and are promoting my reels & videos to people on Instagram as their own.

Have written many complaint emails about the advent calendar re contents not matching advert and the box being ripped but after weeks have still not received a response. Stationery Advent calendar is definitely not worth the money I paid!

Do not order! Total scam, they take more money than is stated in the total ....for example....your total may say £35 ....so you authorise payment ....you look at your bank and that says they have taken £41 ....you contact the scamming company and they just ignore you......I did receive my order and its Absolute shite quality....please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Never thought I’d get scammed yet here I am. Ordered a Book Lover’s Advent Calendar back in October. Tracking info was from the US. Weeks later and it’s supposedly arrived in the UK and suddenly it disappears. Contacted customer support who seemed apologetic and gave me another tracing number. Odd that this one claims to originate from China and not the US. Now they keep saying they’ll expedite tracking but nothing. Only just seen the reviews on here. Wish I’d seen them sooner. Clearly not going to receive my parcel and despite my attempts, I probably won’t get my money back either. Do not use this company ever!!

I ordered the stationery Advent Calendar,the packaging & inside daily envelopes matched the advert.However the daily gifts were absolute rubbish & didn't reflect the price paid.I bought this as a gift but was too ashamed to gift it.What a disappointment especially as it took weeks to arrive.

Scam! Same story as others. Ordered an advent calendar. Took too much money. They did refund the difference but then tracking didn’t work. Sent second tracking. It’s a fake site. Asked for a refund… we’ll see. Parcel is clearly not on the way.

Familiar story after reading the reviews. Never arrives, customer care seemingly good but just BS. Second one sent, never arrives.

Purchased an advent calendar from them. They advertise as being a UK company when they are not. First tracking number provided shows that they dispatched the item from the USA which did not arrive. They then sent me another tracking number showing the parcel had been sent a week before my complaint. When I told them they had provided me with a fake tracking number they said it was an error and provided me with a further tracking number, again fake as it showed the item had been sent a week prior to my complaint. Currently going through a PayPal dispute with them but based on the other reviews it seems unlikely this will be successful and I am £36 out of pocket. This company is nothing more than a scam and it’s disgusting that PayPal continue to allow them to use their services to conduct fraudulent activities scamming hard working people out of their money. It may only be £36 but x this by the thousands of people they are scamming and it soon adds up.

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered advent calendar tooks weeks to come, charged me more than the invoice. When it finally arrived it's filled with total crap, upside down christmas cards, crappy book marks, nothing like what was shown in the advert, and the numbers on the days are missing so totally useless as the gift I wanted it for. Fighting to get a refund now
