I placed an order on May 31st and pay $39.99 for express shipping and I have not yet received the item email then and no response please don’t order from them it’s a scam

Have seen a lot of reviews complaining about items not received, but I did receive mine, are we ordered from the same Rose Toy Official? As for the rose toy itself, it’s alright for the first time to try, but I expected more. It wasn’t that effective.

Do Not, I repeat DO NOT order from this company or site, they are a TOTAL SCAM, ordered two roses 🌹, never received product, please do not be fooled by their site, looks legit, it isn’t.

Myself and a friend were also scammed. We paid, never received the order, and followed up several times via email. Got one email back from the same person, bit it's been over a year now. I contacted Shopify several times as well to let them know but they didn't do anything.
Re-ordered from the right site but there are a lot of scam sites now.

Everyone who’s saying it is a scam is mistaken. The issue with this website is that the shipping takes so long that it seems like your order isn’t coming, but eventually it is. I placed my order on December 5th and it just came today on the 28th. The product is great and the packaging is discrete as they say, but shipping time is just ridiculous. If I could go back I would either order from Amazon or the ACTUAL site which is just called Rose-Toys.com and not Rose Toys Official.

Placed an order December 9th. I didn’t receive my tracking number within the days promised on the website. I reached out to them via email asking for an update. They later responded with my tracking info. I finally received the item today 12/22. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who in fact received their item(s) however, the fact that I had to reach out to them for my tracking info shows how unprofessional they are.

Absolutely my worst online shopping experience and I thought I went to the real deal website. You’re better off buying through Amazon. They didn’t send me my tracking number after the promised 1-2 day processing period. I then emailed them at their listed email ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE! No response. After 15 days, emailed again with a follow up requesting my tracking number or even an update. Nothing. Quickly disputed the transaction after discovering this page with all the similar stories.

This is a SCAM just like the other reviews. I placed my order October 17, 2021. Received a confirmation email shortly after with a link for tracking. It’s December 17 & I still haven’t received the item. I’ve sent numerous e-mails no response. Paid $39.95. If I click track it takes me to a page that’s is “unable to load”. Fake, I believe any good reviews are robot reviews total scam!

I ordered the Rose Toy for Women™ 2.0 for $39.95 on November 26, 2021, and received a confirmation email shortly after. The website, which is now defunct and takes you to an error page that says something is wrong and the shop is not taking orders right now, claims items are shipped and received by the consumer within 5-9 days. After not receiving a shipping confirmation after almost two full weeks, on 12/8/21 I reached out to the support email stating that I had not yet received any additional information about my order and wanted to check the status of my order. I received an automated reply immediately after stating that they will respond to my email in 48-72 hours and to expedite service I should respond to the email with the last name on the order, the order number, and my question. I sent the requested information the same day and have not heard back from them yet. It is now 12/17/21. I did a quick search on Trustpilot to see if anyone else was having the same issue and found a multitude of one-star reviews stating they ordered the same product about around the same time I did and still have not received any additional information about their order, the order itself, and that all attempts to contact the support email have either been ignored or met with rude responses. As I mentioned earlier their website no longer works. If you click on 'view my order' in your confirmation email it takes you to the aforementioned error page. However, if you click the hyperlink next to it that says 'visit our store' it takes you to a website under the same domain name, rose-toy-official.com, but the landing page is titled 'Lili place' and is password protected. It claims to be opening soon and hosts a place where you can enter your email to be notified when it opens. I would hazard a guess and say this is where/how they're going to continue conducting their scams, so beware of that. PRIOR to completing a purchase be sure to check Trustpilot or BBB, where I also reported them via the BBB Scam Tracker, if you're at all suspicious of a business/product/website!

Ordered the 27th and not until the 8th of December 2021 and I didn’t receive my item still and there was nothing stated about how long the timeframe would take. I did not get my shipping information or tracking info until I had to reach out to get it. I then filed a dispute with PayPal which I paid through to get my money back, The company would respond sometimes with short answers and it would not really help me with the situation. I ended up every day messaging PayPal through the dispute center and they finally refunded my money after the 12th day.Since the first day I ordered until the 12th day there were a little shipping information sometimes it wouldn’t even allow me to see any information about it being shipped and it was still showing that it has not even left to be in transit after 12 days once I was able to get some type of tracking label that I don’t even think of mine. I’m sure they agreed to send my money back because they were going to scam and I told them that I contacted my bank and I was not going to let up until I got my money back. This place is terrible truly a scam!

There is a rosetoyofficial.com and just rose-toy.com I think the good reviews are getting them mixed with just rose-toy. I got mine afraid I was going to get scammed but rose-toy.com was legit n quick with responding and accurate in the shipping time they said from 13-15 days came on 14th day from that email and toys are great, ordered Nov 16 got here Dec 6

Scam. It’s been six weeks and it never arrived and now it no longer lets me track the shipment. Don’t buy!

Omg!!! This is most definitely not a scam like people are saying . It took like almost two weeks to get but I did receive my two items and they responded pretty fast when I needed an update on my order. I highly recommend you buy from here. The two items I got are the best I’ve ever use. Thanks so much rose toy!

I never received my item and when I tried to go on their website it says it’s no longer working this place is a scam I’m currently trying to get my money back. Please don’t purchase from them

I ordered from this site on 10/31/2021 I have yet to get my item. I received an email for a review, but never got my item. What a Total Load of Crap this company is. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THIS IS FRAUD!!! I am currently waiting on my bank to fraud alert this company.

I ordered mines from Walmart and yes it came in don’t expect it to be big ! Haven’t used it yet .

Omg I just got scammed by them too!! The website looked so real, until I never got a tracking number. I emailed them and someone emailed me back unprofessional and then has gone Mia, then tried hacking my venmo account after I told them I’m reporting them.

Never received mine either. But the ones I brought through amazon for family members came right away. Different company I guess.

I ordered this product months ago and still haven’t received it , I have emailed them 5 times and never got a response. Is it any way I can get a refund ?
