I received a tennis bracelet for Christmas and one of the stones fell out. They are replacing the bracelet at no charge. They were courteous and prompt with all communication. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to stand by their product.

There was a problem with the clasp in one of the earrings I got delivered this week. The Rosce customer service experience was 5-star and replacement earrings are on their way already . The team couldn’t have been more helpful or more courteous.

Total scam.
They sell everything on sale, so they can claim that nothing can be returned. "No return on sale items."

I lost a stone after wearing 1 bracelet for a month (wasnt wearing it much).

My dupe wedding band had cracks in the stones. These cannot possibly be diamonds. I am too embarrassed to bring it to any jeweler to check.

Earrings loosen and fall off easily, plus they irritate my ears (makes me think metals are cheap).

Customer service was not communicative.

I spent a LOT of money on them $$$$, did some research. Founder doesn't exist, product comes in plastic bags, no track record in the US, no track record of the company existence online.

Rosce Jeweleres also says they donate 10% of each piece of jewelry.... THEY LIED -- I checked with the organisations they say they give money to and have confirmed there have been NO DONATIONS TO DATE.

The stones were cloudy, the metal felt cheap and light. No one in customer service responded to my request for a replacement when stones fell out.

I've bought a number of pieces over the years. This last bracelet unfortunately broke in less than 6 weeks, however, when I reached out to rosce they immediately ordered a replacement and its on its way. Rosce exemplifies extraordinary customer service and I will remain a loyal customer.

I had a problem with my bracelet. Krisllin took charge and resolved my problem very speedily and to my complete satisfaction. Customer service is unparalleled and the jewellery is beautiful.

I bought the four prong Monette tennis necklace because my friend was wearing it and it looked so real. She’s been wearing it for a while and I complimented her on it and finally she agreed to tell me that it wasn’t the real thing. I asked her for the website and as a good friend, she obliged. I love my necklace. I ordered it before Valentine’s Day and to take 10 days to get it as well worth it. I wore it to work yesterday and I work in a high-end department store and I got so many compliments on it.. I will definitely spread the good word about Roscoe..
