I originally ordered a small size item

I originally ordered a small size item. When I requested an exchange, you proposed that I keep the original item and purchase a second one at a discounted price, which I accepted.

However, I am very disappointed because the second dress is completely different in execution, material, color, and model. It does not match the original item at all and feels like a low-quality copy rather than the same product.

I would appreciate an explanation and a fair resolution.
