I joined Rory’s Co-Creator Incubator at a very specific point in my journey.

I was already building my ecosystem (Aligned Wealth), working with clients, and sitting on a deep body of knowledge – but my edge was clear: articulation and market translation.

The container also challenged me to show up and build in public. I didn’t just consume – I participated, shared, refined, and allowed myself to be seen in the process. That was a meaningful part of the activation.

Overall, the experience helped me bridge something I think many founders struggle with: Turning deep internal knowing into clear, market-ready communication.

Working with Rory Callaghan in the Co-Creator Incubator was a truly meaningful experience for me.

Rory helped me reconnect with my own story and bring much more clarity to the message I want to share with the world. Before joining Rory’s incubator, I was in a very challenging period of my life.

I had spent nearly 10 years trying to build a life on my own terms, learning, growing, holding a vision to create something meaningful. I left everything to go to Costa Rica to follow that vision, and when I came back to Denmark, I found myself starting over again.

I didn’t have stability. I didn’t have clarity around how to actually move forward.
And the hardest part was going through all of it without being fully with my children. Every time they reached out to me, I felt the gap between where I was and the life I was trying to rebuild.

What shifted for me inside the incubator wasn’t just strategy, it was perspective.

I remember Rory asking us to put a price on the value of the work and I couldn’t. Because how do you put a price on finally seeing clearly and feeling supported after 10 years of the opposite?

Another moment that really made a shift was when we looked at our finances.

I realized I was trying to build something big while still living in survival. Something I knew but didn’t want to admit.

That was a reality check I needed.

I can’t build from exhaustion. I can’t build from instability.
I need to build from overflow.

Rory helped me see how I could contribute with my skills, collaborate, and grow by supporting people and projects I truly believe in. That shift opened doors I hadn’t even considered before. C

He also kept bringing us back to something simple, but very powerful which is to create from the inside out.

It wasn’t a new concept for me, but being in that environment, surrounded by people actually living it, something clicked. I started showing up for myself in a different way.

Today, I’m no longer trying to do everything alone.

I feel grounded. Supported. Clear in a way I haven’t felt in years.

This experience didn’t just give me tools.

It helped me reconnect with trust
in myself, in others and in what’s possible.

The co creator incubator was an awesome experience. As a student, navigating through life, this program really grounded me and taught me such valuable insights, that I can now utilise throughout my journey.
