I contacted Rope Source to supply chord to make a decorative rope for the Hand Tying ceremony at my Daughters Wedding. One of the colours was out of stock so they did a special run at the works in order to meet my request. This was delivered in super quick time. Special thanks to the works team and to Dee of the sales team for making this happen. I will use this business again...although, hopefully not for another Hand Tying Chord for my Daughter!😀

User friendly website and easy to order. Good range of drying laundry pulley cords/ropes. I chose the nylon cord and received the item very quickly. Very pleased with the purchase, it's currently in use drying the washing!!

I was looking for organic, natural fibre rope to repair to a split branch in an ornamental tree which also needed to look good. Rope Source have ropes in a large number of sizes and materials and I found exactly what was needed. It was well priced and delivered quickly.

The rope we ordered was the wrong size, our mistake. We needed the correct size immediately (two days before Xmas) and although this was difficult for dispatch to achieve, it was, and we were grateful. There was a personal touch to the service, thank you.

Very quick response to submitting my order in the rush before Christmas.

Rope Source is the only place I could find online with proper cotton string in a tin - rather than garden twine. The tin is just such a good way to store and use the string. It was easy to order and it arrived promptly.

Very fast delivery of face masks I'd forgotten to order earlier and ran out. Competitive price and delivered by a reliable carrier (APC) who turned up when they said they would.
