Totally customer focused with great sustainable ethos. My Cove Carryall Beach Bag is the perfect product (and I've been looking at long time!) For my cold water swimming gear. Waterproof, expansive, lightweight and sturdy...plus looks cool. Also asked them to put on short handles-no problem. Pleasure doing business with them. Perfect present to myself!

Responsive and personal interaction with a real human (Lee!), and the knowledge that I'm buying a "small batch" product with quality materials and craftsmanship make this an exciting addition to my outdoor gear. There are packs out there with more bells and whistles, but this pack is clean, sturdy, and smart. I love it!

This is the first time that I have bought from this company and I am very pleased with the whole process. The bag was dispatched very promptly, and the product itself is exceptional. As soon as I took the bag out of the box I could feel that it was made to a high standard, with quality materials used. The metal clips on the bag are something to behold. What a satisfying 'click' they make! Of course, the best selling point of the bag is that it is British made in Cornwall! Please support them!

Excellent communication throughout. I am extremely impressed with the padded sit mat / little traveller blanket. It is lightweight, robust and well made and easy to pop in my bag for when I go out walking. When the pouch of my colour choice was unavailable, you kindly posted an alternative plus a little surprise to compensate. I’m delighted. Thank you very much.

Excellent quality "Cleave Knapsack" backpack, great to find something local and handmade for a reasonable price. The rolltop waxed cotton and metal fastenings make the bag feel really secure, and as someone who is trying to buy less, this gives me confidence the bag will last a long time.

It's larger than what I was originally looking to buy however I can see at this size it will be useful on more occasions including taking on flights. Glad to have a padded laptop sleep inside. Thanks

Beautifully finished functional bag made in the uk. Much to my pleasant surprise the bag is lined, and the clip is metallic. Very pleased and the ideal size for hand luggage on an aircraft. Rootedocean were also very helpful when I was trying to work out which bag to buy .
