No payout, no support

Up until about two months ago, cryptocurrency withdrawals only worked in BTC, but at least they were being processed. I have now been waiting for a $1,000 withdrawal for two months. Every withdrawal request is rejected within a day without any explanation. Support is completely unresponsive. They have not replied to my emails or to the support ticket I opened over a month ago.

Unfortunately, it now appears that, contrary to the conclusion of my previous review, Roostake do not process withdrawals after all.
