I had very bad experiences with this…
I had very bad experiences with this company. They rather scam people than renting then its rooms. Please, stay away from this company. Once, you rent a room from them. Its gonna be the worst experience in your life. There is nothing good to say about this company, even if you wanna be nice to them. Especially, The house in the calle porvenir 18, its the most hateful place.

You guys KNOW you are a scam! The cleaning service? You sent the cleaner the last week of October for the month and then for the month of November, you sent her 4-5 days later, LOL. I'm glad we were the ones to clean the house.
You don't have anything to say regarding all those things I said because you know I'm right and I have evidence, if you say this is not true. Also, you should know "Sarah" is a pseudonym :-) I did rent with Room Sevilla and the ONLY positive thing I got from it was meeting my roommates.
P.S.: you KNOW the positive reviews are written by your close ones or yourself ;-)
And to all the students that want to rent, trust me there's so many people that would like to talk. there are many other options available in Sevilla, but do not rent with Room Sevilla. Just take a look at all the reviews and you will see I'm not the only one to say it. Go check the Google reviews that say the same and are also interesting.
Un saludo.
Health hazardous dwelling, no deposit refunds, hidden fees.
This company is breaching the Urban Leasing Law (LAU) on many different ways, they have constant excuses and lies made up to delay deposits, deduct fees from your deposit and the standards of the rooms you rent from them are in breach with the Spanish law in multiple ways, if you do rent from them expect, moldy, cold, damaged/broken rooms with possible vermin and/or insect infestation, they cover mold with paint.
Spanish Law Legislation on renting/leasing;
Law 29/1994, of 24 November, on Urban Leases.
From my experience, they are frequently breaking Article 4, 26 and 36.
My overall experience with Room Sevilla…
My overall experience with Room Sevilla has been fantastic. Thanks to them I was able to quickly find an accomodation when I arrived in the city for my six months stay. During the whole journey I have always had a great relation with the team. I am very thankfull for their kindness and support with any problems. I wish I could have stayed longer. Very recomendable and professional agency.
I stayed in a beautiful andalucian…
I stayed in a beautiful andalucian house. I had 16 roomates and we had only one kitchen, i think it wasn't enough because it was always dirty. However Room Sevilla is very reactive, each time we had a problem they sent someone to fix it ! And a cleaning lady is coming once a week

Do not recommend!
I would not recommend RoomSevilla/Roomable to any student! First, I rented a room which turned out to be unavailable because the extremely bad conditions of the house. They messaged me 1 day before my arrival in Sevilla about this issue but they already knew this long before. Afterwards, they offerend me another room. The room itself was fine but we had a lot of problems with the house itself. For example, the ceiling leaked for more than 3 months, the airco didn't work, we had rats in the airconditioning as well and every time we messaged them, they told us that someone would come. This never happened or took an extremely long time before anyone even came to only check on it, leaving us behind with the problems still unsolved. After leaving everything in tact, I had to wait more than 2 months before they paid the deposit back after chasing them many times asking about it.
In conclusion, I do not recommend this organisation. The houses are not the same as on the pictures and they don't keep their promises.
HORRIBLE.
HORRIBLE.
NEVER USE ROOMSEVILLA.
Please it’s really bad. They gave as a filthy apartment with most of the utilities missing or not working.
It was really dirty and they treat you in a horrible way.
No hot water. No oven. No wifi. Dirty washing machine and toilets. Doors that were making sounds and one of them wouldn’t even close. They won’t give us the deposit back as well.

I stayed there for 4-5 months
I stayed there for 4-5 months, and I’m very happy that I choose to stay at RoomSevilla the position of my flat was in center, we had a person h”who came to clean the flat every week. But the mos important part is that the people who work in this company are very friendly and helpful all the time.
If you want to have a great stay I would highly recommend to choose RoomSevilla.
DON'T RENT, READ THIS FIRST.
DON'T RENT. READ FIRST:
This was one of the most insane experiences of my life and I cannot describe what a horrible three months it was and there is a long story here. I was told I would be paying 325 a month for a spacious room. I turned up and someone was living in my room so they forced me to pay 385 for a tiny room that was the size of a walk-in closet. I said this isn't what I agreed to and I wanted to leave but they said I couldn't. The furniture in the house was broken, all the fridges leaked which made the cockroach problem worse. The cleaner is bad, the repairman Pepe was aggressive and walked in whenever he wanted but that's the same experience everyone had. What made mine different is this:
Daniel and Anna sold the house on Calle Penuelas 2 months into my 15 month contract without telling me and forced me to continue paying rent. Daniel renounced all powers to sign new contracts on July 2nd but continued signing them with students who were still in foreign countries and kept taking their deposits and first month's rent. One day in August I came home and found 2 men changing the locks on my door who said they were the owners. They showed us proof and said they couldn't understand why we were living there. Their plans were to close the house and renovate it, replace the furniture, fridges, redo the piping etc because it was so horrible. Daniel didn't give them any contracts, but he actually had about 9 people ready to live there in September without notifying the new owners, and he took money from all of them and kept it for himself. I personally had to tell one of the girls because the owners did not have the contact info of the incoming students. The day after they changed the locks Pepe showed up and tried to break into the house. He banged on the door for 45 minutes, tried to force his way in, and we had to call the police. Room Sevilla's administration contacted me (when you live with them you never talk to Daniel and very rarely to Anna, only these random students who work at Room Sevilla admin) telling me to "come to the office of Francisco (new owner) and pick up you new keys tonight, and tell the other two students to do so tomorrow." I already had my new keys and Francisco told me he had no knowledge of this. The address was not Francisco's office, it was Daniel's! After calling the police Pepe didn't come back but we felt very unsafe so we decided to start looking for new houses. During all of this time they still had ads up for all of the rooms in Calle Penuelas, including the room I was living in. At the end of August the people who left at the end of June STILL had not received their deposits back and so the new owners decided to pay their deposits because they had taken over the accounts of Daniel who refused to pay them, and the new owners did not want a bad business reputation. When I moved out of Calle Penuelas at the end of August they kept sending me emails saying I had to pay rent and I still had a contract with them all the way up to this month! Room Sevilla is the worst scam I've ever come across and downright scary. They pay students 50 euro if they find someone to take their room at the end of the year which is what some of these good reviews are from. Some of them are from accounts they made themselves. I'm almost impressed by their creativity in screwing people over, there's just so many. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. Go stay in a hostel and look for houses. I met plenty of students who did so and were okay. It's much better than being stuck with them for a year, then having Pepe throw your stuff out in the road and lock you out of your own house while you're still in your underwear because you're subletting from someone who never paid your rent to Room Sevilla (yes that also happened).
The new owners are from the Medina Group, a very big conglomerate. If you can get in touch with Francisco Pareja he can corroborate this story. Either way, I think all of the bad reviews here should be enough proof. Or if for some reason you think I've made up this insane story just for fun and so have all of the other people who've gone through the trouble of reporting them to the police in the Spanish embassy in their respective countries, then go ahead - rent from them and have one of the worst renting experiences of your life. If you're hellbent on renting an Erasmus residence there are other ones in Seville like VivaErasmus who is their main competitor although some of their bigger places have cameras in the common areas. There are other companies too I can't remember the name of, but in general if a landlord knows you are an Erasmus student and is willing to take you, the other renters will be Erasmus too. Just be careful as an Erasmus student - they will take advantage of you. My advice is to get a hostel first and look in person. I wish I had done that.
Scam on Sevilla
Excellent reviews should probably written by Room Sevilla because:
1. The furniture is old, damaged and sometimes broken (we see that we try to minimize the expenses)
2. The glass roof at first sight is broken and the living room is flooded with every rain (borderline unsanitary)
3. Little or no appearance of the housekeepers (one feels that one has maximized the profitability)
3. The behaviors of Room Sevilla are not correct: Impossible to recover its deposit (it is systematic under cover of false arguments).
I strongly advise against this accommodation and the services of room sevilla: I will report them.

Room Sevilla were amazing for my stay…
Room Sevilla were amazing for my stay in Seville. I'm a young worker and was looking for a short term rent of only 2 months, and they were super helpful in finding me a room. Sandra was so friendly and lovely, she always made me feel like I could ask her anything and she would be there to help. My room was stunning and just as pictured, the whole team are super helpful including the cleaner and maintenance team, and they even put me in contact with my flat mates first so that I could speak with them etc. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, it had all the essentials, and it was also very affordable. All in all a great experience, I hope to use them again soon!!!!!

Experience in Penuelas House
I’m a French student in Erasmus from September. I live in the Penuelas House, and it’s a good house for an Erasmus student like me. To have 13 roommates with different nationalities, is perfect to learn and speak a new language. Anna and everyone of Room Sevilla always answered me when I had a problem. Because there are problems but it’s normal when u live in a house that was built in the 16th century. I return to France in June and I hope that this will continue. I recommend this house!

Absolutely disgusting. Anna Kastura is a professional scammer and a thief.
AVOID THEM
AVOID THEM
Scammers, the apartments indoor are broken, beds and furniture are destroyed and the whole house will be dirty as help once you arrived. Never trust their members, professional thieves. All the good reviews are made by fake accounts created by them Just for improving stars on here.
I feel cheated, do not reccomend
Difficult to contact the owner when something doesn't work, the apartment is not worth the price and I am not the first and most likely not the last person they don't want to give back the security deposit.
There is a ridiculous clause in the contract that you have to REQUEST the return of the deposit during the first 30 days after the end of the contract. If you want to rent an apartment from RoomSevilla despite all the negative reviews, keep this in mind! (although even if you ask for a refund within this timeframe, you will most likely not get it, it will be easier to fight for it)
My stay here was terrible.
My stay here was terrible.
Rat in the kitchen
Everything was dirty
There keep my deposit and wouldn't do nothing
