I bought items from them in January. They took the money but sent no items, does not reply to my e-mails or calls and state fake addresses on their homepages so you can't visit them either.

I orderd in desember 2013.. Roomplus sent me an update 17.january that the`ve sent my order and took the money from my account. Now it`s april and I`ve still not got my order. I have contacted them a lot of times on the phone, but it`s the same everytime: They say I`m the first in line, then play some music before they tell me to leave my phonenumber so they can call me up - they don`t! I have also contacted them by e-mail, "a million times". A few times they reply by telling me they are looking into this case. But no apologi, no returning of the money, no actually telling me what have happend to the order.. ahhhh...
A totally useless client Service, despite the fact they claim to target 100% Client satisfaction. The hotline is not existing, you get kicked out by the machine after exactly 75 seconds, emails are being answered with weeks of delay, and very rude. I wished I had never used it and checked here before, I hope You all do and follow my advice: do NOT use this website!!!
In November, I ordered goods for approximately DDK 27 000, -. They have neither delivered the goods or refund your money. They have simply stolen money. They do not respond to customer service or phone. Have tried to reach them for several weeks now but with no luck. Next step for me is to take them to the civil law. [Name]
