Great storage facility
No problems, great storage facility, staff were always friendly and helpful. I previously stored things there when it was Storage King and now Roomia. Just a good facility in a convenient location. Exit gate is very slow to open though and needs fixing. Overall yes I recommend this storage location and company.

Sue at your Seaford store was so friendly and welcoming. She remembered me just from my inquiries and definitely helped me out when my circumstances changed suddenly. My only upset was, with your constant advertising about being open 24/7 I didn’t realise that didn’t mean your office. I arranged for movers on a Sunday and hadn’t yet gotten the code for the gate. I’m well aware this was my mistake in not reading the fine print but honestly just someone to contact when I’d signed and paid that could give me the code so I didn’t have to reschedule and lose a bunch of money would have been great 😂 other than that, very happy!

Su is the absolute best
Su, you are absolutely brilliant. I just got out of hospital and had to move, I had no where to go or to store my things. I made a booking online and then Su rang to confirm my booking for a storage unit, I had no idea what I was looking at storage wise so I popped down and had a chat with Su. Not only was she so kind to me, she explained everything to me and we got it sorted there and then.
Su, you really comforted me in a desperate time of need and for that I can not thank you enough. You were the best person I could have seen that day.
