Service above and beyond
2 weeks ago I went to Roomia just to get an idea of sizes of storage units and the prices. I hadnt intended on booking a unit yet. But i was so impressed with the facility, and after talking with Lauren i booked a unit there and then. Lauren is such a warm, friendly person and she made the whole process easy. So fast forward to a week later, it was my first time accessing the unit. I couldnt get in the gate. My code kept saying it was invalid and access denied. It was 3 pm and the office was shut. My daughter and i had my car fully loaded with boxes and didnt know what to do. I rang the office number and got through to a security company. I thought they wouldnt be able to help, and he did say they were just a contracted security service and he didnt think he could help. but then he called me back within minutes and said he had managed to contact Lauren and she would come to help us. I wanted to buy that man a beer. He didnt have to go to that effort to help me but he did and im so grateful. And within fifteen minutes Lauren came to our rescue and re issued the code. I cant thank her enough for coming down in her personal time and she didnt mind one bit. And once we finally opened our unit, the first thing we saw was a note taped to the wall personally welcoming me!! I can definitely recommend Roomia storage at Seaford.

Staff very helpful and friendly
The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful in finding the right space and price to meet my needs. The ability to use their van free of charge was a great help making the whole process much easier.

To be honest yes the facility is clean
To be honest yes the facility is clean, has good access, plenty of trolleys etc but it was the staff that I found the best. I spoke with Lauren and she was fantastic and very helpful. Took the time to show me some different lock up storage solutions and not sure if I should say this but she saved me nearly half on the one I ended picking. Very happy so far so great
