Outstanding service at Roomia Minchinbury…
Geoff and Sarah at Roomia Minchinbury are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respond quickly when needed. They are also great at explaining how the facility works and how to use the ap that operates the doors and storage areas. Would strongly recommend their product and service!

I am very grateful to have met Vicky on Wednesday 1/07/26.
Vicky very helpful and a pleasure to have met her in person. Vicky also stepped away from her office desk to personally show me and my friend my storage unit on the ground level. Vicky listened to her customer needs. As I have to use a walking stick to get around. Thank you for listening ear and support.
I have not yet met Sarah in personal, just speaking to Sarah over the phone, Sarah's phone manner is exceptional.
Very helpful and i could also feel her smile just through our conversation over the phone and most helpful. Keep up the great service ladies. Might see you both on the 8th July. Dixie and my good friend Alberto

The app to sign the agreement could use some small adjustments. When a section is missed, taking the screen directly to the location will help instead of needing to search all over the form for a missed check box.

Great facility.
We have used Roomia storage facility Minchinbury for the past 3 months. The whole process from set up to cancellation was so easy, even using the Roomia van was a seamless process. The staff in the office have always been so friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

I’ve never dealt with a storage company…
I’ve never dealt with a storage company before however I will never deal with anyone else. Roomia was fantastic from the moment I started working with them. They were thorough, helpful and informative, nothing was too much. They’re 24hour access is what sold me the most and the app was so easy to use. I’d recommend Roomia to anyone looking to store their belongings. Sarah was brilliant to deal with, well done. Shame I had to leave, but all good things come to an end eventually. Might see you again, thanks.
