Putting the price up more than $40 a…
Putting the price up more than $40 a month during a financial crisis in the community is not great - especially when we got nothing extra for that money - I didn't get a bigger storage unit, just had to pay more money. The extra money just went towards the company building another facility so they can make even more money!

After reviewing your account, we noted that your monthly rate increased from $170 when you moved in during November 2023 to $193 by February 2026. This occurred across two separate increases over more than two years of storage.
While we understand that no price increase feels welcome, our rate reviews help us manage the rising costs of operating, maintaining and securing our facilities, while continuing to invest in the service and experience our customers expect.

Peter at Chirnside was very helpful. I had problems with the website when signing up at home. Peter helped me sort it out on site. Transferring again to smaller unit which was ready to occupy and clean. All sorted in under an hour.

Short on time, still a great experience
We had a very last minute need for storage and we couldn't have pulled it off without the team at Chirnside Park. Thank you Peter and Ben for your responsiveness and helpfulness. I'm glad I got to meet you both in person. The process was quick and seamless to get set up with the storage space and it's so simple for us to make sure the right people in our organisation have access. The facilities are great, clean and super easy to access. Shout out to Dean Thomas, our amazing removalist too - he pulled off a minor miracle fitting everything in!
