My very first time using a storage unit absolutely love how secure it is how easy it was to setup and how friendly and understanding the staff and management are

After researching storage solutions for a few weeks, comparing prices and services provided, I settled on Roomia in Butler- and so happy with the choice. I was provided with a complimentary moving van for the day, a very clean unit and I was impressed with the bluetooth tech in the facility.
Scott provided exceptional customer service, took the time to explain everything and with his knowledge, helped me pick the right size storage space.
I will be recommending Scott and his team at Roomia Butler for anyone who needs storage solutions.

Very happy with Roomia Butler. Dee & Scott the manager were both very courteous & helpful. The facilities are clean & easily accessible via the app. The unit was an ideal size for my needs.

When my storage was arranged it was done over the phone because of work . I dealt with dee she was fantastic. All her information and help even with name's of removelists.
When I went in to be shown around she knew who I was instantly .

Scott was very helpful when I made a phone enquiry and then when I went to the facility to show me my unit and how to access it.
I also used the app help people as I had issues (completely my own fault) in downloading the app, they were extremely helpful as well.

Great experience with Roomia Self Storage in Butler. The facility is very modern, clean and well maintained, and the whole access process is smooth and easy to use.
Customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever I had questions.
A huge bonus was the free moving van for the day, which made the whole move so much easier and saved me extra costs.
The storage units feel very secure and the pricing is really competitive for the quality you get.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for safe, convenient and good value storage in the Butler area 👍🏼

We only used Roomia as our storage unit with a different company wasn't available due to incorrect booking dates.
Dee & Scott were great to deal with, especially when I had an issue with the Roomia app download, (because the competitors app kept blocking Roomia's app from downloading).
The Butler storage units are quite new and the whole complex is immaculately clean, no lock or passcodes needed as access is all controlled by phone.
We would use Roomia again and recommend it to anyone else who is looking for storage.

The staff, Dee and Scott were very friendly , easy to talk too and a pleasure to deal with.
they guided us through the app installation and use on our phones and its use on the entering the site, unit and site exit

Fabulous service initially by Scott and then Dee. Showed us the facility and sorted the App which is a major plus for us as we are technophobic. Storage itself very clean and we feel cost effective as well
