Sent off for a replacement pump for a Tigra. Monies taken from account. Unit was not delivered and unable find any information from carrier. Heard nothing since. Be very wary of this company.

Buyer beware.
Does not supply VAT invoices for the product purchase.
Nor do they refund you on the returns/part ex as promised.
Failed to answer emails or phone calls.
Motor did not work on my Mercedes.

I had the misfortune to have my convertible roof fail on my BMW M4 F83 the part for the roof was unavailable globally and with no ETA, I had been waiting since May 22nd for the part and missed the whole of the summer, the car was under warranty and BMW themselves couldn’t get the part, I found Roof Motors online myself and ordered the part, it arrived in days and I hand delivered it to the BMW dealership for them to fit, to say I was relieved, impressed and overjoyed is an understatement.

please take care before you buy at this place .
they don't care after sale .
also sell on eBay and other websites .
my part was hold by customs due to circumstances and customs send it back to roofmotors and ok it cost money to send it back but the money left over I never had it back . easy way doing business when you get item back what was payed and sell it again . SO BE WARNED !!!!!!

Seller is really friendly when you ask questions before the purchase but once you ordered the product and you receive the product you are on your own.
The delivered motor was not good due to a broken temperature sensor.

I contacted the seller and he asked me to measure the wires of this temperature sensor but when I asked on which setting and if it needs to be on power or not I didn’t get any respond.

When I send a formal complaint about this the seller suddenly responded back but still no help at all.
I spend multiple hours diagnosing why my roof won’t open and I even bought a dice to find out that the problem is in the new motor.

At the end I spend a lot of money for a refurbished motor with 1 year warranty but that doesn’t matter you see.

Search for a professional company and not this one people.

These motors doesn’t solve problems, they just create new ones.

What is happening there? Previous order early this year went perfectly well.

The unit supplied was missing a part. The mechanic was able to take the missing part off the old unit and fit to the one supplied by this company but this resulted in extra labour time. I returned the old unit to the company for the cash back as advertised on their web page however so far over a month later have not received anything and have had radio silence to all emails sent chasing this. What started off as a positive declined so I would advise treat with caution

We urgently required a new roof motor for a BMW Z4 which had just failed and was due to be collected by a customer the next day. Got in touch with RoofMotors who agreed to send it urgent delivery next day by 1.00pm at no extra cost. Motor arrived in time, fitted and one happy customer (who we had kept informed of the situation) collected car that afternoon. Sent old motor back and received rebate in seven days from posting. Great service and would have no hesitation in using again

had an issue with my roof motor, they kindly sent a replacement out straight away, we followed a fault finding procedure which led us to believe the motor was not fully operational, no problem at all, send it back for a full refund in line with the 12 month warranty as advertised on the ebay listing, thank you Roof Motors for sorting

Absolutely horrendous service, I ordered a rebuilt roof pump for £399 with a 1 year warranty, it's been
fitted to my car just outside of 30 days (due to how busy my Mercedes Specialist is) and it is faulty, I have
contacted this company and they won't issue a refund and haven't even offered a replacement. I would prefer now to have my old pump repaired and
they state this is "suspicious', I have heard bad things about these people, I now realise I should have listened. I now have a £400 roof pump that doesn’t work and I can’t do anything with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Purchased a roofmotor for Audi. after receipt, it turned out that the item was not working after installation. After contacting the company, he told me off and stopped the communication. Better think twice before placing an order as this concerns a real malpractice.

Purchased the new motor and recieved it the next day excellent service highly recomended.
