Good price , but very late arrival
The price for the product I paid was the best online I could find. But the price of shipping was relatively expensive for my single item order , also considering I was quoted 4/5 business days , but was closer to 13. But this is was because of their suppliers issues, after emailing them informing them of no sign of my delivery , asking for tracking info. No offer of partial refund on either product or shipping because of this issue. But luckily I didn’t need it within their quoted delivery time scale. But it finally arrived and in one piece, of which I’m grateful.

Velux Window replacement
Delivery, despite the Cyber problems, was first class with no breakages. The fit of the replacement window compared to the original Velux was exact despite this being a centre hung version although the old was top hung. Although this must be one of the largest Velux windows it was still possible to take the components up two stories without a problem.

I ordered corrugated plastic sheeting which was delivered on the expected date. the sheeting proved to be exactly what I required. I would definately use Roof Giant again.
