I have been a loyal user for over 3 years, wagering over 110k losing about 8k and the best bonus i got was 10$ one time which had a 8$ withdrawing fee.
Lots of players with less or simillar stats got one time bonuses around 100$ while i was rejected for not being eligble and now for them not having them.All i gotten was 0.5$ a day bonuses and buzzed off.Guys i lost 8k and u can't give 1% of it for loyalty?

The experience is smooth however originals are lacking and I really dont like the calendar reward system where everything is divided up. If we got monthly, weekly as one lump sum and more originals were adding my rating would go up for sure

I am loyal customer, I am playing on roobet for more than 1.5 year and I have more than 5.6M$ wager.

They do not care old and loyal customers, they kicked out from me loyalty program and they do not give any bonuses, literally zero.

And their Rewards system are worst on any casino. Believe me this is my worst experience.

I've spun over $3 million on this site and there has been up and downs. Some big wins but huge losses. Its almost like there's a button they press and its auto lose. Feels like they let you win when they want to. Bonuses pay nothing when they flick the switch it feels like after losing thousands on the game. RTP seems to be nowhere. They also changed the rewards which is complete garbage now. Lose thousands get 15 $1 spins lol. Also the vault system is by far the worst thing ever. I would recommend just playing on Stake. The bonuses and rake back are good. The weekly and monthly bonuses are good. The VIP host's are good. My host Ricky always takes care of me specially when I take big losses. Of course gambling you win some and you lose some, probably more. But so far Stake has been the more reasonable site to play on. Feels a lot more fair and you actually get a VIP host for those who play a lot. I'd love to give Roobet a good review, but I've been losing so bad for almost 2 years on this site and everything just got worst in regards to bonuses and stuff. It started out good, but it's been just terrible almost everyday. Time to hang up the gloves on Roobet soon unless things turn around.

Had 7 max wins on the site since August and still down on the site.

EVERY single time you raise a pragmatic above $1 it pays 10x.

Hacksaws extra bet is the worst ive come across. 95% of the time you spend more trying to land a bonus than if youd just bought it.

So many other better sites out there. All roobet does is drain your balance with the same boring 10 - 50x script slots. Snooze fest.

I will be very brief and clear:

This said, after losing several hundred dollars, this shameless company informs me that I just cannot play live casino anymore WITHOUT A SINGLE EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER.
Twice on chat and on email I asked WHY, and they always answered as if I were stupid repeating the same "information" BUT NEVER EXPLAINING THE REASON.

THIS IS THE REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: This polite farce "thanking" me for my review, is just more of the same. They still don't give a proper explanation for their ban. So now I will tell you that I know perfectly since the very beginning why they did this and why they keep playing the fool: it is because admiting the real reason would seriously harm their reputation. Their decision has to do with a dispute I had with OTHER internet casino that has NOTHING to do with this one, the most famous crypto one (I'm not sure if Trustpilot will allow me to post their brand, it has a z in it) which ALSO confiscated money from my account involving live casino without any bonus implied, because they just did not like my brief one time bet. Take serious notice they will do whatever they want!. This proves that there is an interconnection between all of these gangs.
Be advised of everything that you ignored up to now.

I’ve talked a lot of trash about Roobet when I’m losing, but that’s just how it goes with any casino. The truth is, Roobet has some big things going for it. The withdrawals are instant and the support team is actually helpful, which I can’t say about every site.

Of all the sites I’ve played in the last 10 years this one is by far the fastest in terms of deposits and withdrawals(my favourite part of a site) 20min crypto withdrawals and not once had any issue doing so. But where this site lets me down is I’ve never once received a bonus nor do I like there rake back system. You have 24hrs to claim or you loose it and you get it in small amounts over 14 days. A great way to keep them coming back but just give me my full take back and be done with it. Apart from that would still highly recommend.
