Shady unresponsive website...

I bought a product from this web site in early March of 2024. It was an adapter to use Bluetooth controllers wroth my gamecube. When it arrived, it was non functional. It just didn't work. I contacted the company right away and opened a ticket. That was on 3/18/24. I never heard from the website about my broken item. It's now 4/9/24 and after several emails, and we've phone calls to them they haven't resolved this issue or even reached out to me.
