I used another company for a Bag, and got scammed! This company made me soooooo happy! I read the reviews, and even though it was mixed, I used Paypal, and got the most beautiful leather bag! Thank You ROMYTISA! I've been sharing this web site with my friends! Thanks again!

The order was nice and in good condition. One of my orders didn’t arrive but they resolved it quickly and I got a refund.

Purse as described, nice quality.

This is my 7th handbag. I have coffee brown, tan, kelly green, purple, black crocodile, black smooth leather and electric blue.

This last one took a long time to get and tracking was not easy, however, the handbag is worth it. Beautiful quality.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!! THEY ARE NEVER IN OFFICE AND NEVER ABLE TO ASSIST ME!! I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE- AND NO ONE ANSWERS ME IN REGARDS TO ASSISTANCE. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

Bought 2 bags from them, was not really happy n wrote to them. They took their time to describe the situation n listen to the problem. Eventuslly we came to a decision that both partners were happy.

They've threatened me with legal action for telling the truth about the bad experience I had with this company. They flagged my review, but Trustpilot sided with me. I have screenshots and emails to back up what I said, but to save myself the hassle- I'll just let my one star rating speak for itself.

The bag I received does not match the description. It was advertised as being made of genuine leather, but the bag I received is clearly made from synthetic material, which is misleading and unacceptable under consumer protection regulations.
As this product does not conform to the description at the time of purchase, I have requested a replacement or a full refund. They replied to me one time offering 40% discount, since then nothing heard back. So I assume is another scam website My order #181585.

I have ordered 7 Birkin-style bags from this company and I absolutely love their bags. One of the bags arrived damaged and when I contacted customer service they sent out a free replacement with no need to return the damaged one. The colors and quality of the bags are very nice and the bags feel and smell like genuine leather. I am very pleased and will continue to do business with them, especially knowing that they will have excellent customer service and will strive to make you feel like a valued customer.

I received my bags real leather smells great so cute I bought a variety and can’t wait to use them. I plan on buying more. Beautiful

I was very impressed with my handbags. The construction and quality of the bags was better than expected.

Unfortunately I had a problem with the bag I received with one of the button who broke but I wrote to the customer service who is very responsive and Molly helped me to find a solution who is convenient for me

This shoulder bag arrived the day before my birthday and was a little worried that it wouldn't make it in time for my birthday party. It turned out to be delivered early the next morning, which was such a blessing! I wore this bag on the day of the party and all my friends complimented me on how nice it looked!

I was at a friend's wedding earlier and saw that her crossbody bag was particularly nice, so I took advantage of the sale and bought one.
