Legit site! I received all 7 items l ordered in the following week, to Sydney in Aus. They all look great on and the quality is surprising good for the price that l paid! Some of it looks expensive too, their bikini range is trendy and alot more affordable than the same exact ones found in other retailers. It exceeded my expectation with shipping, sizing & quality. I dont understand the bad reviews here and quite glad l took the risk, such good value for money

All of the bad reviews are fake, personally my experience with Romwe has been really good the prices are really low compared to other retail shops I have visited I would recommend Romwe 100%.

The glades I ordered are almost for kids, they are bent and look like they are for for a child 100 percent scam rip off

I used to respect this company until now. I ordered stuff in the past with standard shipping and everything went just fine. However, recently, I made an order over 100 dollars and ROMWE offered FREE express shipping so I took it. Worst decision of my life. Shortly after I made the order, I got an email after it has been shipped.

First of all, it was from DHL. It said that the expected date for arrival was May 17th, which was EXCUSE ME? EVEN SLOWER THAN STANDARD SHIPPING. (May 15th)

Second of all, not only that, I had to pay a 26 dollar duty tax! This was a hidden fee that popped up last second and it enraged me. I might as well have PAID for express shipping instead of getting it free! And for what? The arrival date to be even later than normal shipping?

ROMWE, please don't come telling me that you already warned us beforehand with the tiny red font at the checkout page that says "MAY have to pay customs," because that's the most inconspicuous way that you could've put it EVER, especially BAITING us with the free express shipping. I couldn't even cancel my order after getting the email because it was already SHIPPED by then.

After reaching out to customer service with their reply interval of one message every 13 hours, I had no choice but to pay the fee before getting any help because time was TICKING and I was receiving emails from DHL threatening me to pay or they would DESTROY my order.

After 2 days I did end up getting refunded HALF the fees after bargaining with them, but seriously? ROMWE, MAKE IT MORE BLATANT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD THAT IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A HIGH FEE LAST SECOND. Make it an actual NOTICE, the font BIG, and warn people PROPERLY before random hidden fees and taxes are going to charge them for your apparently "FREE" express shipping.

I am highly disappointed with this company that they wouldn't even give me a full refund after SUPER BELATED "EXPRESS" SHIPPING, and an overpriced hidden fee that they try to just ignore because apparently they put a wishy washy "disclaimer" in font size 3 at the check out page. I basically threw away 26 dollars for nothing.

im surprised at how many bad reviews there are. Yes my order came later than expected but it was all in perfect condition, the right size and the quality of the clothes were perfect! it pretty similar to shein as well.

I ODER STUFF ITS GOING TO BE 1 MONTH AND THE ITEMS I GUESS THEY ARE LOST BECAUSE THE USPS ITS A HORRENDOUS COMPANY I THINK THEY LOST THEM OR STOLE THEM AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTAC THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ROMWE I GUESS I LOST MY MONEY BUYER BEWARE TAKES FOR EVER TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE

I honestly feel bad that Romwe has such poor reviews.
Personally, all of my shopping experiences with romwe has been very good.
Romwe sells pretty good quality clothes for a fraction of the price as if you would go to Marshalls or any other retail.
I'd compare walmart quality clothes to romwe.
I've read that people on here were upset that their shipments took forever to get to them and you have to realize that romwe's warehouse isn't just in America, they also have them in China, Dubai and I believe India.
So please, give romwe a break when it comes to shipping your items especially if you ordered a lot.
I ordered 16 items on April, 19, 2021 and I got all my items today.
2 weeks before the expected arrival.
Romwe is my #1 "low" priced online store to shop at I'm always left happy.

After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but £20 for 3 playsuits, I thought why not?!

Delivery- The delivery takes ages, which for me was fine as I plan in advance plus they let you know.

Quality - It's coming from China so I always get a size bigger which worked out well. The fabric on one of the playsuits was a little see-through but just wear the right underwear and it will be fine! It was £7 so can't complain.

Overall I'm pleased with my items. But can understand from some of the comments that it can be hit and miss. For the sake of £20 it was worth it :) I guess just wash on a low temp.

there’s no point paying extra for shipping security as even when mistakes are made they make you pay for return. they missed out one of my items giving me another and said i would have to pay £3 to get a refund on my £2.50 item which wasn’t included. i don’t buy from fast fashion and underpaid places anyways was just a gift, won’t be doing again. x

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! My teenage daughter placed an order- some items arrived, others didn't and other items were sent in there place. Not other substitute item- random item of no consequence.
We were unable to arrange return as the only items you can return are itemised from your order (these weren't ordered).... we 'raised a ticket' as was the instruction for the next stage of the process for someone to be in touch within 24 hours- 48hrs later still nothing. Contacted customer service- 1 week later- still no resolution despite me having sent numerous pictures of bits of packaging and items of clothing etc. I have now been told it will be a further week to investigate and i should contact them for update. Poor quality clothes, shockingly bad customer service and overall con of a company.

my order was retuned to sender due to an isuse with my address. I just want to get a refund so i can repurchase to the right address. but getting in touch with anyone from romwe is IMPOSSIBLE. im so upset with the service this is terrible. such a scam and i may never see my money again. their customer service does not exist, its just an automated one on their site that doesnt do anything. im so angry 0 stars im never buying from here again this was such a waste of money.

Tbh I don't mind the site, I've made about 10 orders so far. Most of their crop tops are really short, and some material is see-through, but I don't recommend ordering things that don't have more than 100 reviews.
I have definitely found some pieces that I will be keeping for a while, but some others weren't the greatest. I live in western Canada and most of my items have shipped within 7-12 days, except for one order that took over a month, but that was Canada Post's fault.
(Also, please don't blame Romwe for your problems with the post, it's really rude and unnecessary, thanks)

I would give this Zero stars if I could I didn’t receive my order and I emailed romwe over a week ago my order is almost $300 I’ve messaged them over and over and then they suspended my account for no apparent reason and I just want my money back absolutely disappointing ROMWE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK my order number is GRWMLY006000UDT

Stop the capppp, why’s there a 2.4 rating? This store is a 4.7 minimum. I have around 50 orders on their site (yes, I’m a shopaholic) and everything is always fine.
I’ve had a few instances where I received a defective item, but I contacted them and they responded within their 24hr promise, and resolved it in a great way where I’ve been refunded but still been able to keep the item.
Their sizing is sometimes off, but being a Romwe veteran, this doesn’t matter to me, and the reviews are always helpful in that scenario. Their points system is great too, it helps you save even more and there is always a great coupon to use. I’ve never had an order take longer than two weeks max to arrive, they always come before the estimated time; I couldn’t ask for more from them <3

everytime i shop it comes faster then expected. the material is fr bussin. I prefer romwe over any mall stores. i only buy here. litertally 2 dollar shirts that would sell for 30

I’m not sure why Romwe gets such negative reviews because I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! My order contained 15 shirts and I absolutely love every single one of them! The quality that you get for the price is unmatched. You can’t expect to get Gucci quality material when you’re paying $6 per shirt, so you have to take that into account. But I don’t have any issue at all with the quality of the items I ordered from Romwe. The items are made pretty well, actually, and the styles are super cute. And to top it off, my order arrived within 10 days of ordering, which isn’t bad considering it’s coming from China. Overall, I’d say that I had a positive experience ordering from Romwe and would recommend them if you’re looking to get the best bang for your buck when shopping for clothing.

You get what you pay for. I ordered 6 items and only one I wasn’t very happy with. Came fast too

My daughter ordered a bathing suit in March still hasn’t arrived. It says it was delivered but it hasn’t. Have tried several times to contact them to either send another or refund my money and they won’t respond. Don’t order from them. Bad business. How do a I go about getting my money back? Place is a Joke.

I was in need of new summer clothes and they were at my door in 7 days. I love the style, it is like clothes right off pintrest
