This is absolutely the worst customer…

This is absolutely the worst customer service website I have ever encountered. I have spent over two hours trying to contact someone to report a damaged package with one missing item and still have not been able to do that. I tried the alternate website suggested in other reviews and that was just as worthless. If someone could contact me I would really appreciate it.

1 damaged order

I received my order, but one of the shirts I purchased was damaged. Really hassle to return since I have to pay for it so meh. Update once I receive my second purchase, hopefully it's much better.

Terrible and Unhelpful Customer Service

Parcel 'went missing', customer service offered a refund or to resend the parcel, I asked for it to be resent but would like to raise a complaint as the token of apology offered by the company was if you get the original parcel you can keep it even though its obviously not showing up. Refused to raise a complaint for me and ignored what I said multiple times to give a generic response and 'we already gave feed back to logistics' instead of any kind of customer service. You'd think the least they could do for my parcel being weeks late is offer a discount or a partial refund for the delay. Company uses Hermes to ship and have terrible customer service.

This is why I will never orders from them again.sent an email to the company no reply to my email then I went on the internet and I found their help number which is .I call support and finally, I got my refund back but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA. Beware!!!

It gives big coupons and reduction and it says in small print that you may have to pay customs... Multiple times... You will!!!! And i'm from Canada, i learned that the customs are at least 40$ each time!!! it doesn't make up for all the reduced prices!!!!

Very bad company.

Very bad company. I only received one item out of my order of many items. It was a hassle to get to a customer service representative to re-ship. By that time, one of my items was sold out so it had to be refunded. The customer service representive told me I get a 60 point compensation. That is equivalent to 60 cents. What a joke. This company tried to take my money without sending me the items. Very crooked and scam like behavior.

I payed but it still says waiting for payment

I just ordered and payed and they sent me an email that the money was deducted from my account but it still says on romwe that the order is waiting to be paid and i payed 635.99$ that’s a lot of money please fix it

Great Experience Buying Jewelry and Accessories

I see some negative reviews about clothing sizes, and I can't speak for that since I didn't order any clothing. However, I did order some accessory and jewelry items on two different occassions and both times I had a wonderful experience - great prices, great sales, quick shipping, complete orders, and quality merchandise. I am very happy. Honestly, I found them after having a horrible experience with Nihao Jewelry, so I went looking for another online store that could offer what Nihao offered at a comparable price, and I found Romwe. I ordered items similar to the ones I couldn't get from Nihao and the Romwe order went so well that it helped me heal from the trauma of the communication I was forced to endure with Nihao. I highly recommend Romwe, and I will be ordering from them again in the future.

*Updated - Charged 2x for returned items.

Ordered 2 xxl shirts that were way too small. I sent them back for a refund. Instead if a refund, they charged me for 2 more shirts. I contacted the company and they said it was the bank.. I called the bank and they said it was Romwe. Although they did refund the original amount, the 2nd charge is in pending limbo with the money removed from my account. They need to update their sizing charts for USA and refund this 2nd charge.
*Update- they removed the 2nd charge and refunded the first amount. It took several for the pending 2nd charge to be removed from my account and the money put back, but it was removed.

No Thanks

Emailed the company and was asked to wait an additional 4 days, waited those days and then was told that my items ‘might have been lost in transit’, no real checks were done. Only silver lining was they issued me a refund quite quickly, certainly won’t shop with them again though.

Guys DO NOT purchase from this website! this is a scam!!! I did this mistake and never got anything of the items I have purchased very very disappointed I am! NEVER GOT my money back and THEY ADD EXTRA ITEMS after you place your order so a new total amount get created and they got away with more than £100 from me and couldn't get them back...

Very upset.

I first ordered my package on September 4th it is now September 20th and my package was supposed to be delivered today but I have not received it. I talked to customer service and they said that my package would be delivered October 4-5th. I'm extremely upset because I didn't get any warning or update on my package I had to ask. The only reason that i'm giving this review a 2-star is because hopefully I get everything in the package.

My first order

So I ordered me and my daughter some things and I also ordered some things for my business.The things that came from my nail business were great quality also the things that I bought for me and my daughter we’re good quality.The only thing I had an issue is certain pair of pants the crotch was so long it look crazy like I ordered a large but my pants look like they were a 2x I had to roll them up several times but I’m going to return it which is messed up because I really love the top of the bottoms don’t fit and they feel so cozy but they’re just too big. Then I wish they would start selling a size 9 and shoes I wear an 8 1/2 so that’s the size I got and my toe is touching the tip of all the shoes I was able to give them to my daughter when I went back to see if I can order size up they do not sell shoes in a size 9 a lot of the shoe stop at at eight or 8 1/2 which really sucks because I really like the shoes.

Personally, I disagree with all negative comments, I bought a few stuff from Romwe, I bought a pair of Mary Jane shoes, a pair of Baggy y2k jeans, a Vintage vest etc. And so far perfect quality, came in about 2 days late, not bad at all and to be honest I would DEFINETELY buy again. Its in trend, cheap, great quality, pretty cute, but i would recommend buying a size up larger because their sizes aren't always the same as the size you might be talking about.


Thank you all (I recommend buying from this on
budget brand).
