DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Romwe is a scam! I recently ordered some clothes off of the romwe website and have some items to return. I have tried to follow all the steps to return my items however there is NO RETURN ITEM BUTTON/OPTION. My items are also applicable for return, although your customer service seems to keep telling me that my items cannot be returned when I know I am fully within my rights to return them. Fix this issue ASAP!!!!!

They sent me pants that did not even come close to the size description. I tried to return them every way possible but they have ignored me completely, never responding to any emails or forms I have filled out.

This company goes over and beyond to help with your order, would use them again and I’m referring everyone, thanks Rowme!!!

My daughter placed an order in August and we paid extra $20 for the shipping so she could have it by school, but we have yet to receive it. She tried to look up her account and they deleted it so her information was gone and checked my credit card and they charged me twice for stuff we never received.

I think it's a hit and miss with this company but from my experience I am very happy. I made the first order around £10 after seeing the reviews and losing out on £10 isn't too bad, order came within about 5 days and in amazing condition. So made a second order of over £50, 2 trousers 2 tops and 2 hoodies. I got an email to say it had been delivered and I was livid as I couldn't find the parcel outside and presumed it had been stolen. However, 2 days later my parcel came and it's exactly what I ordered and again great quality! Thank you so much. Really impressed and thanks to the delivery driver who hid it in a safe place! Will be ordering again! Just be mindful you may get an email to say delivered when it is still in transit.

I would not recommend ordering from here. I ordered back on the date of October 26th my last update on shipping was the 30th. I put in a complaint was told that it was due to shortage on staff (because of covid) which is why my stuff was not being updated. Ok cool I understood... gave it about 2 more weeks still nothing so I spoke to another representative and they offered a refund I am currently waiting for btw.. moral of the story I am extremely disappointed I was so hyped for my items and ended up recieving nothing.

only gave a 1 star because i cant give none. Bought a coat and wanted to return. as was nothing like picture. Come up small and not great quality. Couldnt do online so messaged 5 times. Never had a reply.

Ordered on the 30th of September. Still hasn't arrived. Emailed Romwe and they offered a refund on the 5th of November which I accepted. Still yet to recieve the refund also. Not good

Got my first order just fine so I ordered a second order now & have been waiting a month. I’m moving outta the country, I can’t find any way to contact them and the last update I got on the website was on the 12th saying it was still in another province almost 2 weeks ago. So I’m complaining because I don’t know if I’ll have my package before I leave and I can’t do anything, they aren’t any help.

I received the wrong order I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and all I got was a crop top a bikini and belt that I did NOT order it’s probably worth 20$ and my order was 70$ so I want you to send my original order and tell me what to do with the order I have now I don’t want a refund for my original order I want my original order to arrive like it was supposed to. Very bad service.

I ordered some items and had to return them as some where damaged, CS have been absolutely brilliant it took but a few days for my return to reach their depot, and as i did not want anything else at this time i withdrew the refund to my paypal...mainly to see how long it would take.. refund went in within seconds of withdrawing.. Great site and i will deffo shop there again sometime in the future :)

I’m in love with this app, rather use the app than the website as I’ve ordered so much from it, from clothes to home decor, I have not been disappointed with any item I’ve bought, apart from a skirt I ordered which was a bit small, but they’re a decent price so I reordered it (the skirt was 7.50) You have to double check the sizing because they are from China and as we know the sizing can be a bit smaller than expected. I’ve ordered 5 multi orders in the past I’ve just made my 6th order. They take 2 weeks to come so have some patience. I don’t understand the bad reviews because I’m from the UK and fingers crossed nothing has gone wrong.

We ordered a large amount of clothing 2 weeks ago. At first I was worried after reading the reviews after I had placed the order and spent quite a bit of money. However, happily the order arrived today. All really nicely packed and good quality. Very happy with the service.

i ordered from romwe like three months ago and it never came so i contacted customer service and they kept telling me to wait. they then offered me a refund if it was not here my a certain time and now they are telling me they can’t give me a refund? (despite them promising me one). awful customer service never ordering from there again !!!

i love it ive ordered multiple times and i have gotten all have packages by the estimated time everything is high quality for a good price

My parcel has not moved since May 2 and the status update says "United States arrived at Local Courier Facility". I checked FedEx and they have not received my package from the shipper. One other item was split into a different parcel and came, but the other 7 have been stuck in transit for weeks. What is going on? I just want my package!

It’s was my first time order from ROMWE I so disappointed I ordered over $100, the order show “delivered”and signed by but I haven’t signed or received anything. I hope I get my order I been waiting all day long

Ordered an item on the 30 September 2020.

I still have NOT RECEIVED that order nearly 2 months late when ROMWE order tracker said it had arrived in the U.K. on 7 October 2020.

No way of contacting them so now I’m just hoping my order eventually appears and I don’t lose money.🤦🏼‍♀️

They run a website with no customer service orders last month the package was split into 4 , 2 packages arrived and two are nowhere to be seen. Tracking hasn't been updated in over a week and after trying to contact customer service countless time nobody is even getting back to me . Stay away if you actually want your package to arrive ... This isnt even about a late delivery your items just won't even arrive ..
