NO INSTRUCTIONS!

You did not inform me that I had to sign for this and I missed the delivery.
Also, you didn't even include instructions. It clearly said on the the outside of package that instructions were included. They were not.
Please do better!

I contacted customer service inquiring about a replacement product for running boards on my vehicle. I received an email back the next day regarding the availability and product information/link on how to order the items needed.

Hardware Needed for Side Rails…

I was looking to purchase the hardware required to install my current side rails on our 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Our 2021 Ridgeline was involved in an accident and written off but I was able to save the side rails. The Romik Team made that possible by providing the hardware necessary for a clean install. A simple e-mail was all it took. Great follow-up from the Romik Team!

Great customer service! I told them what I needed and they gave me the part number and I ordered it. It came within 2 days and it was just like the original one.

I found Romik by accident and so glad I did!

I found Romik by accident because their instructions were included with a Chinese knockoff. When I called the included number Romik’s customer support answered and figured out what I bought. They were so helpful that I ordered from them and so glad I did. Product support was great! I broke a fastener and they had it in the mail the next day. I highly recommend Romik and the new running boards are so sturdy it’s hard to believe they’re not factory.

Delivery was efficient

Delivery was efficient. Messed up a couple of small parts and they replaced them quickly. Like not having to drill holes to install them.
