As a student in the International MBA program in Rome Business school I had the opportunity to participate in the Babson Build Program as our Bootcamp. This one week experience is amazing and I highly recomend it to everyone. I met people from all all around the world, from different universities and, got the college life vibe. Thank you RBS for this opportunity and thank you Babson College for the amazing time we spent together.

Still 9 months to finish my Internation MBA program, but I can say so far it has been an incredible experience.
Mates from all around the world, qualified professors and many collateral experiences are creating the perfect environment to learn and express yourself.
Huge credit goes to the new entry "Babson Build Program", a 1 week entrepreneurial focus in one of the highest rated College in the U.S.
RBS can still work a lot on the internal organization (sometimes a bit chaotic), but if you can deal with that the overall experience is fantastic!

This week I had the privilege of participating in the Babson Build program at Babson College, one of the top institutions in the world for entrepreneurship education.

This experience was truly transformative. It broadened my perspective, challenged me to think bigger, and gave me the opportunity to reflect deeply on my goals for the future.

Babson Build exceeded all my expectations. The mix of academic excellence, hands-on learning, and global peer interaction created an ideal space for growth and reflection. The program's structure encouraged deep engagement, and the faculty brought real value to every session. It’s a must for anyone serious about entrepreneurship and leadership. I came away inspired and better equipped to tackle the next phase of my career.

Attending the Finance and Banking Beyond Borders bootcamp in London, hosted at Bayes Business School from July 7–11 2025, was a truly enriching experience. The program provided valuable foundations and insights into finance, with a particular emphasis on the banking sector.

What made the experience even more special was the opportunity to connect with inspiring professors, industry professionals, and colleagues and students from Rome Business School representing diverse backgrounds from all around the world.

Beyond the academic content, the bootcamp helped us grow in confidence, improve our English communication skills, and immerse ourselves in the heart of London’s financial hub. The entire event was smoothly and professionally organized by Rome Business School and Bayes Business School, making it both educational and memorable experience I will truly never forget!

I attended an International Master online and I really enjoyed the process, created a lot of bounds and learned a lot. Super satisfied with that!

Building my own company has been on my list for quite some time, but I never knew where to start from.
I didn't even have a “good enough” idea to work on, unless I started to attend the program.

A few points that helped a lot:
- Many students start from scratch, so I can share the ideas, experience and challenges with others, who are also working on their dreams.
- Deadlines help with procrastination. The school is not only teaching what to work on, but also sets clear deadlines, so I have no chance to postpone it for later.
- Interesting guests during the program: venture fonds and founders.
- Mentorship day. The school selected a mentor who was completely aligned with my project, so his feedback was incredibly valuable in helping me finish my pitch deck. We finished it in one day, sprint by sprint, even though in the beginning there was almost no “light in the end of the dark tunnel".

We will see how it goes with my startup, as I've just started to work on it, but I like the experience so far.

I had an amazing time at the grand tour bootcamp, got to visit with the group many cultural institutions and learned a lot from the management to the history of those museums, castles, and galleries.

The experience with RBS has been nothing but engaging and fruitful.
Engaging with staff members, professors, and the public speakers that RBS have hosted is always pleasant. The speakers who are arranged by RBS to address students provide valuable insights.

I highly recommend experiencing this bootcamp for both academic and personal enrichment. Our journey was an extraordinary opportunity to explore world-class art and culture. Every day was filled with inspiration. What made this a truly unforgettable bootcamp was sharing this adventure with a fabulous group of students from around the globe. Our diverse heritage allowed us to learn not just from the cities, but from one another. Every individual came to the experience with a unique perspective and background.

Wonderful and valuable experience to my career. I was able to broaden much of my understanding of the Arts and Culture sector with this bootcamp. I highly recommend this trip, everyone so eager to help us students in our careers, truly a great enriching experience.

The bootcamp was very well organized, showcasing various cultural aspects and offering a comprehensive experience of Italy. Our Coordinators, Corinna and Silvia, were fantastic, always attentive to everything and everyone, and able to engage us in every activity and curiosity. The group quickly felt comfortable and bonded well.
The downside was the heat, which was so intense that it prevented us from fully enjoying some activities and, in my case, even caused illness. That said, I would suggest moving the bootcamp to a cooler period, perhaps in September.

The share contents and venues for the week really have me a good orientation on how to apply to my personal project and why I got in to this master.

It was a great experience, especially for networking with colleagues from the master's program from all over the world. Something in the organization could have been managed better, maybe a welcome dinner or something similar. But anyway it was a very formative experience.

- This review refers solely to the experience at the Barcelona BOOTCAMP -
My overall rating is definitely positive. There is certainly room for improvement, but I fully understand that managing 90 people from more than 20 countries and cultures, with different backgrounds and ages, is not an easy task. In the end, the experience was great, mainly because of this multicultural and diverse environment.

What I appreciated the most was the opportunity to build a strong network. I also greatly appreciated the visit to TOUS: the company offered an engaging tour with a lot of useful information about every aspect of their work—from quality control of raw materials to after-sales service.

The visit to Tech Barcelona could have been more detailed, but it was at least inspiring.

Regarding the course itself, it was well-structured—though there is still room for improvement—and I believe that, in the end, the objectives were achieved: we learned how to approach problems, generate ideas as a team, and deliver proposals along with a comprehensive final presentation.

The hotel accommodation was great for me, although it depends on individual expectations. Older and more experienced participants might have appreciated wardrobes and bedside tables for storing their belongings. On the other hand, the rooms were completely silent, breakfast was included, and access to the swimming pool was free of charge.

All staff are highly professional, and classroom lectures and hands-on activities help students to apply what they have learnt in the field.

It was an amazing time with all RBS-MBA colleagues, we had a very interesting and full of experience week alongside EAE team.
The Bootcamp in Barcelona was very well coordinated by Federica.

First, it was too many people. Second, my main goal was to build connections to ultimately find work in Barcelona / Spain. The theme for this bootcamp was very much entrepreneurship, not project management. Anyways, with such a large group, the in-program work is already difficult to execute. Even the coordinators struggled with keeping the group involved and interested.

My main goal was to meet connections at the companies we visited. One of the companies we visited wasn't even a company instead it was an NGO for startups. It was interesting and I would like to work in

Listen, you just need to understand our expectations as students but also set our expectations accurately. We all want to find jobs or meet connections that will lead to new career paths or learn something new that will apply to my daily work. We don't need another high school field trip. This can be managed better.
