SCAM. Do not use. Placed my order 6 weeks ago, had no shipping update or reply from my numerous emails. My bank contacted them for a charge back and they haven't replied to their request either

0 stars! Saw advertised on TikTok, followed link to the website (checked website by searching on google) stool shows as dispatched but has not arrived. Emailed company no reply, checked website again is now unavailable, contacted bank raised a scam dispute and they are refunding me

I’d give 0 because it’s a scam site

I’d give 0 because it’s a scam site. Scammed me out of the cloud stool that never came and now their website is unavailable. Do not purchase the white fluffy ottoman style stool off Tik tok/ Roma Haven. I have reported this to my bank and they’ve refunded me but I waited the full 9 working days which sucks.
