Poor service and a ripoff…
Dumpster was supposed to be delivered on July 7th but was not dropped off till late evening on July 8th. I caleed the number on the truck for pickup for July 28.
They never came. So I called first thing on monday July31st. The first thing they told me was I never made the call so they will charge for extension. Then they said they are booked and will not pick up till August 3rd. So I argued till I made reference to the number on the truck. They said I should not have called that number but they will still charge me. I made reference to the fact that the dumpster was only half full and they did not deliver as promised. So they came to pick it up and still send me a bill for an extension. I called to see why they charge me a week's extension. They said they do not prorate. I asked why it was not explained to me when I called earlier they said I should open my eyes to read the contract. This is a ripoff. It looks like they have tactics to charge for extension and could care less. They threatened to charge a fee if I do not pay on time. All attempts to talk to anyone in charge failed. This is a bad business, no customer politeness or courtesy and certainly a lot of tactics to rip people off
