Delighted with the door and fitting service

Great service from start to finish, the door was delivered right on time, it was the first time we had fitted a roller shutter door, but with the instruction videos and the excellent staff at the end of the phone it was painless, really great company, I would definitely recommend.

I had a lot of quotes and sales men around giving me quotes for a simple roller door to finish off an opening on the side of my house. I got intouch with these guys and the whole process was fantastic. I sent some pictures in and had a quick reply from Lewis who was really helpful and advised me on how it would be best to fit the door. I was told the door would come in about 4 weeks but they were able to deliver in less than 2!

I did a DIY install which I was fairly apprehensive about, but the online installation were fairly straight forward and I was able to fit it in about 3 hours with my dad. I needed to call for a bit advice and I was able to speak to someone straight away who gave me the right info. If you are fairly handy and debating whether or not you can do it, I would recommend giving it a go, as long as you have an extra pair of hands. Thanks for all your help and advice! I will deffinitly recommend this company to anyone who is considering getting a roller door, DIY or not.

Having never fitted an electric roller shutter door before I was a little apprehensive as it was for a client. Having made the initial enquiry through the site I was contacted promptly by Ruth, she guided me through the process and also involved her husband to help me with the best fit for my purpose, I few measurements and photos and we had a plan.

When the doors arrived on site I fitted them with relative ease using the on line videos and help sheets, I did have a problem with the doors and so called the help line and spoke to Lewis, I was guided through the 2 issues I had with patience and understanding.

I hope you can see that at every point I received help and guidance from this brilliant team, I for one will only purchase this type of roller garage door from this company.

Great product that works well once installed.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Collected the door myself from the premises. The 2 lads that were working carried the door out and loaded it into my van. They even strapped it in for me. Fitted the door with my wife next day, quite ready easy to do, apart from the fitting of the door/curtain. Mine was 3.8m wide by 2.2 high so quite heavy to lift. Got some extra help to do this so I didn't damage it. Remote control works from quite a distance away so great if your driving in from a journey. All in all I'm delighted with this door. Great price, easy to install and was made within a week for collecting. Can't recommend enough.

A great experience from start to finish. Not only did Jay & Lewis help me understand what I needed, they provided a competitive price for a 5m monster door, fitted by a cracking team who were on site early (a long way from home too!). Installation team were quick, tidy, knowledgeable and friendly - a credit to the business.
