I ordered a product named "light cone", received my order confirmation (this was 24th of February), and from that moment onwards I have never heard of them, I called support, the person on the phone told me that it wasn't possible to ship with DHL so we shipped with GLS- although I was never officially informed for such move, he stated that it is impossible to give me any more information as when will the product arrive, and how much more should I wait or when would I get a refund.

I noticed a funds reversal on my bank account, I'm assuming that this is their way of refund?! Not sure, still haven't received anything at all.

Really blown away by the customer service from Rollei. Bought a travel tripod from them about 4 years ago which has been excellent, but I recently managed to lose one of the feet.

Contacted them to see if they still sold replacements. They said they didn't but they had some which would probably work and would send them out for free.

That's how customer service should be. I shall definitely buy from them again

Haven't received my order after 3 weeks of waiting, though I informed Rollei in an early stage that something seemingly had gone wrong with their shipment. They apparently did nothing to solve the problem. Not happy with the service. I now asked for a refund, but no answer as yet.
I did however receive another email from Rollei: a request to write a review about the item (that I obviously had not received). The process that followed and the fact that only 4 and 5 star reviews about the item have been published make it extremely likely that Rollei 'as a matter of principle' just publish positive reviews and discard most of the negative ones.
