Withdrawal blocked after I paid the requested $200+ verification deposit

WARNING — Withdrawal blocked after I paid the requested $200+ verification deposit

My experience with Roletto.cc has been extremely concerning.

My account currently shows a balance of more than $50,000, and the website itself displays my verification status as “Verified.”

When I tried to withdraw my funds, Roletto support told me that withdrawals were blocked because of an “Account verification error” and that I had to make a single deposit of at least $200 to resolve the issue.

I followed their instructions and deposited 3.078443 SOL, worth approximately $230.76.

The transaction was successfully received and credited to my Roletto account. Their own transaction history shows:

Deposit: $230.76 in SOL
Status: Completed
Account verification status: Verified

However, immediately after receiving my deposit, support told me that the $230.76 deposit somehow did not count and that I now had a new “Wallet verification error.”

Their solution? Send another $200+ deposit.

I repeatedly explained that their system had successfully received and recognized my SOL deposit. I also provided screenshots showing that the deposit was completed and that my account appeared as verified.

Support nevertheless continued asking for another deposit and refused to manually investigate the issue, escalate it to another department, refund my deposit, or allow me to withdraw my balance.

Even more concerning, before I deposited the money, support explicitly told me:

“Once that deposit is made, you will be able to withdraw your $50,150.92.”

I made the requested deposit, but my withdrawal is still blocked and they are now demanding another payment.

I will NOT send them any more money.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise anyone considering using Roletto.cc to be extremely cautious, especially if you are told that you need to deposit additional money in order to “verify” a wallet or unlock a withdrawal.

I have screenshots of the entire support conversation, my completed SOL deposit, my account balance, and the “Verified” status.

Until Roletto allows me to withdraw my funds or refunds the money I deposited, I cannot recommend this platform.

Update will follow if Roletto actually resolves the situation and processes my withdrawal.
