I was positively surprised by the quality of this product. It is a complex build with lots of pieces, and yet virtually everything worked smoothly. The instructions were often clear and anticipated potential mistakes one would make.
I was afraid of the possible low quality of individual pieces, but that was really not the case. Plastics were sturdy and flexible enough in all places.
It became a shelf piece in my office, and kids enjoy playing with it every so often.

This company is a Facebook allowed scam! Ordered two charged but nothing ever came and they keep sending bull notices it was delivered. SCAM period

Took my money, sent a tracking number that updates once a month and only to tell me they have processed the information, never updated ever since. Rokr came back telling me my shipping information is wrong. I double checked but it is correct. How do i know? Ive been using this address for the past 10 years to buy and ship my items from various countries and online shops.

They asked if i wanted a refund or have my items resent. I had it resent because these were gifts i had to give. so they confirmed my address this time. this was on 20th Jan. Its already 6th Feb and my items are still not shipped. The same reason is given, low inventory. BY THE WAY, i placed my order on 1st Dec 2024 and its still currently on going and they have stopped responding to emails.

I suggest do not order from this website. They select what reviews go on their websites and obviously only pick the good ones.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

Post title: 3 months of waiting, items never arrived.

Bought a 3D model and it was indicated that should be shipped in 1-2 days. It’s been over 15 days, never shipped and tried many times contact their customer service, but no answers. I see below reviews where they place an answer indicating to “contact our customer service” and don’t know if it’s a joke, since they don’t reply.
But one thing is quick and effective: card was charged seconds after order placement!

Not only is assembly for the AK47 harder than it needs to be, the large spring for the shot action doesn’t cause enough force to release the rubberband.

I placed my order for two puzzles in November 2024. The day I placed my order the money came off of my credit card. I received no confirmation of my order for 3 days. After 30 days they sent me a useless tracking number that says the label has been created but the shipper (UPS) has not received the package yet. What a load of baloney! As of today it has been almost 60 days. The tracking still reports that the package has not been received. I am resigned to the fact that this company is bogus and has stolen my money. Very disappointed. Reporting them to BBB and every other agency I can find.

Rokr on this website did respond to my complaint of 7 December 2024 and took until 7 January 2025 to respond. but did not answer the question about puzzles that were ordered but did not get shipped.

I left a negative review on missing puzzles on the toy story and got a response to a new email - that looks like it is not a published email. Responding to this email does look like it did not get bounced back. Time will tell. I contacted my CC company and since it was within 6 months they refunded me the cost of the puzzles and shipping cost. the CC company is awaiting a response to the complaint.
Now we will see if the missing puzzles i ordered to show up.

Buying their little warranty only works if they actually send all the packages, if they only sent one through USPS it doesn't count as a lost package therefore it cannot fall under warranty. $140 that I now have to report as fraudulent activity and explain to my bank exactly what happened despite having a warranty, they have no working phone number, so if you want to get robbed and then have to report it, yeah buy from these guys. Edit: after 2 days they got back to me, and informed me that they didn't know what happened, but they were sending me the other parts of my order from international warehouses, which is great that I did get it a week later, however it didn't address any of the confusion or problems that I encountered. So while I still won't be ordering from them ever again, I will be raising this from one star to two purely because I didn't have to fight with my bank about fraudulent charges. A lot more fragile to put together than you would expect from functional models, but they do add backup pieces.

In August I made a large order of several puzzles. The package arrived and was missing 3 puzzles. I have emailed the company from thier website to be rejected; cut and pasted the customer service email into my email and again rejected. Again tried their on line form for customer service - email rejected. This is been an on going repeat trying to get this resolved only to find the correspondence email rejected. THEY DO NOT WANT TO RESPOND

I put an order December 3rd. They withdrew the money December 5th. On December 6th they told me the purchase had been shipped and sent me a tracking link. However the shipping company has merely been informed of the package and haven’t yet actually review it so the product I purchased is still in the hands of ROKR!

If you don’t send my package now I will ask my bank for my money back and also report your business for fraud!

I got my order in Argentina)). In the beginning I though it was a scam since once you do an order there is not everything clear where the order is at the moment.. but I got it. To get it in Argentina took about 3 months but it is because in Argentina everything is complicated when it comes to the shipping from overseas, but I am surprised that we got it. I apologize for a bad review on the beginning. My brother is very happy with his present :). The communication with the company actually was very good. Thank you.

I’m still not even sure whether I’ve been scammed or not. I purchased a puzzle but it’s not made clear initially where they’re based or where your product will ship from. I ordered on 11th Dec ‘23 and asked if the item would arrive in the UK, in time to be gifted at Christmas. I was told yes. I then tracked it ship from China to USA and promptly disappear. It was re-shipped and has been sitting in Bournemouth UK since 21st Dec. It’s still there. To be honest, I’m not sure I’ll ever get it. Numerous emails to customer service requesting info get either an automated reply or none at all.

Fantastic item and great quality. The instructions are very clear and it also came with spare parts.

Looking forward to getting something else from here as these things are amazing and great fun

I ordered a couple items as Christmas gifts and my son's LOVE them! Excellent customer service as well. We will certainly be ordering again. Order in advance if it's for a gift as they will have to come through customs. Lastly, wax is an issue with customs apparently so it's not shipped with the items. We used Scentsy wax and it worked like a charm. 10/10 experience!
