I have to admit I was worried about being able to effectively communicate with the team just from the point of dialect. I have been so happy with the way Ellie Williams is able to communicate in "American English!" Plus she is so effective and open to change. Half the time she has already discovered new content that will resolve a change request before we have even completed our conversation!

I was contacted by Roilift in June by Blake W. They told me that it would take a month or two before I would see results, that was in June. By the last week of July we started to pick up and we have been busy since.
