I ordered on May 17, 2023and received an…

I ordered on May 17th and received an email confirmation saying that my order would be updated from "pending payment" status. Days later it still said "pending payment". Mind you, I had also receive an email from the Bitcoin wallet confirming that the transaction was complete.

I submitted a support ticket on the Roid Spot website and she gave me instructions on how to look up the Bitcoin transaction and to send her the information from the wallet so that they could confirm. She eventually replied that the funds were sent to a wallet/account that was not theirs and offered no additional support, ideas, or answers.

Very disappointed and I feel like this was a scam.
