ROIDMI Robot cleaner

I bought a ROIDMI robot cleaner for 300€ from Amazon but despite contacting ROIDMI I cannot buy spare parts (ie. Mop and brushes) anywhere Contact them and they gave me an address in China to contact (Wuxi ROIDMI Smart Technology Co., Ltd.
Add:4F,C8 BUILDING,NO.1699 HUISHAN ROAD,LIFE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK,HUISHAN DISTRICT, WUXI,JIANGSU,PRC) messaged again and no reply. Parts available for other models on Amazon but not the one I have.
