Terrible Experience – Proceed With Caution

I’ve been ordering from this company for a couple of years without issues, but this time was a complete nightmare. After placing an order and paying as per the instructions sent to me (including the bank transfer details), I received no confirmation email and never received my items.

When I reached out on Telegram, they claimed I should’ve used a different bank account – something they say they only mentioned on Telegram after I had already paid. They now refuse to verify the payment and keep insisting I pay again. I’ve sent proof of payment and screenshots, but they keep responding with repetitive, bot-like messages saying the original account is down and I need to pay again for the order to be sent.

The worst part? Not everyone uses Telegram. If you’re ordering from the website and following the emailed instructions, there’s no way of knowing there’s been a “change.” That means many customers are likely paying for orders they’ll never receive.

This feels like a complete scam. I’ve wasted weeks messaging them, and I’m done. If by some miracle the order arrives, I’ll update this review – but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Order at your own risk.

Ordered items from the website I was missing items very difficult to get hold of via telegram said they would send missing items to me still waiting avoid these at all cost

Took a couple of mo this to get my package and it never came out of Cistoms. Truthfully I thought I was getting BEAT . But I have to say when Riodfactory realized it wasn't coming out of customs , they reacted as any real company would . All praises to Roidfactory . They replaced $410.00 worth of product . Real deal company .

I have used this site for a number of years and it continues to get worse and worse! Very expensive and when my last order came it didn't have my entire order and the contents were not even the brand I ordered it was this generic crap that looks like I made it in my garage. Huge disappointment. Buyer beware!!!
