Very good costumer service. Very nice shoes. Lovely colours, nice fabric. Look very unique. Would recommend to order (half) a size bigger if your feet are relatively wide.

Very bad AI art on the shoes itself. Blurry pattern that was clearly stretched. Also, not comfortable. Ordered an ankle length boot, was not made out of any sort of leather like material was cheap plastic that puffs up and cracks and makes it so stiff and hard that they are painful. The art is not good and appears blurry and stretched.

You order, they take your $ the shipper loses your package and you can't get anyone to help you out. Almost 200 bucks gone, no Xmas gift under the tree. Great company. [Insert sarcasm] Oh and I ordered in November. They showed up in tracking 800 miles from my house 2 weeks ago. Don't blame these guys blame the shipper? I do blame these guys as they have done nothing to help other than tell me to reach out to the shipper. Thanks for nothing!

WOW!!! What artistry! I'm so happy to see these boots. I love how creative you all are and how incredibly beautiful these two look. I had never thought about a fold down for any cold weather boot and it is not only practical, but it is stylish. Looking forward to wearing both of them very soon.

- no explanation about how to take care of vegan leather
- unnecessary extra stickers, branding you can do better with a keychain, lanyard or maybe qr code that direct you to a webpage that tells virtual story behind the shoe f. ex the shoe with the raven 🐦‍⬛ make an animation about how he flies to his master after he slayed a Lycan or something like that …

It was the second time I orderd, so I have 4 pairs now. You wait a little longer, but the quality is great, the comfort is super and they are very noticeable, so everybody asks: were you get them. Its a 10 out of 10 :-)

There was an issue with the shipment of my order, but the team, Rose, was very kind and helpful in resolving the issue.

When the boots arrived they looked amazing! I was very excited to show them off! They are very comfortable albeit slightly too big. I wear a US size 10 and the size 10 boots are a little too long for my feet, but they still fit and I have no issues walking in them!

I have had several people comment on how great the boots look and have referred them to your company! I will likely return to purchase some boots next spooky season.

My boots arrived — they’re lovely quality, and I was wrong about the customs issue mentioned below, so I’ve updated my review score accordingly.

My only gripe is that they don’t have much depth at the top or around the ankle. The pair I chose looked like they’d be roomy because of the elastic section, but they aren’t. I couldn’t get my foot in properly at first. Once I finally managed, the toe fit was perfect, but the top of the shoe pressed tightly into my leg, leaving a bruise and visible marks.

Original review :I ordered two pairs of shoes from Rogue + Wolf under the impression they were shipping from the UK, as the company presents itself as UK-based. The site listed UK VAT as included for UK buyers. After purchase, I found the shoes are actually made and shipped from China, which means the parcel is subject to import VAT and customs handling fees (£50–£70 in my case).

Had this been clearly stated at checkout, I wouldn’t have ordered. The pricing looked reasonable at £100 for two pairs, but not once the hidden costs were added. I’ll be refusing the delivery and requesting a refund. Buyers in the UK should know that orders may incur substantial extra fees on arrival.
