Their clearly posted Guarantee is that…

Their clearly posted Guarantee is that if not satisfied after 120 days, print and fill out a form, attach Bar Code from the box and mail it to them. I did all that. I’ve also been emailing them. They keep mailing me thick envelopes with HIPPA Releases and medical forms to fill out. I didn’t need medical attention!! They are spamming me with everything but a refund. Sha👏🏻dy👏🏻. They’re hoping to frustrate me so I give up, and have NO HONOR once they’ve got your money.

I purchased Mens Rogaine solution for my eyebrows.

Did not work for me. I purchased it for my eyebrows and have been putting it on religiously twice a day daily...and I have seen no progress in over two months. I'm disappointed as I had high hopes.

They deleted my review on their website.
