I was introduced to ROEN NYC through this sub and I couldn't be more happy of my decision to work with them. I was looking for a simple, elegant, and unique ring and ROEN was able to provide all that and more. The bespoke piece was beautifully crafted and exceeded expectations. My fiancé is absolutely in love with her ring and often gets compliments on how special it looks on her.
The whole entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team at ROEN are very communicative, collaborative, and trustworthy. They definitely know what they're talking about when it comes to diamonds, settings, and styles. It was really easy to tell them what I was looking for, what my budget was, and when I needed the ring. Needless to say, ROEN went above and beyond for me and I'm sure they treat all of their clients with the same regard.
I was much more confident to be working with them, than some of the other well known brands you see on this sub such as Ritani, Brilliant Earth, Vrai, and the like because I truly received 1:1 personal customer service and attention. I’ve been looking for a pair of earrings for my girlfriend for weeks. Finally found the perfect one with Roen. She loves them, and they look great both in casual and formal settings. Customer service was also excellent. Highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased both our wedding bands from ROEN. We originally were a little nervous because they don't have a storefront but heard really great things from our friends. I'm so glad we did because their team was so knowledgable and helped us navigate what type of gold and diamonds to get. We ended up with a solid gold 18k band for him and a 18k gold, lab-grown diamond eternity band for myself. You can really feel the quality and there's a weight to each piece.

I ordered the gaia mini hoops in 18k gold. The ordering process was seamless, with very communicative customer service. The earrings arrived quickly and are beautiful! They’re the perfect everyday earring. I’m so impressed with the quality and price point of the earrings.

Sherry was a pleasure to work with. She was super helpful and accommodating. The whole design process was enjoyable.

I purchased my husbands wedding band from here after feeling overwhelmed with options. I thought that making anything custom would be extremely expensive but after comparing to multiple NYC jewelers, ROEN was actually the most affordable AND the quality turned out great. There isn’t much to a simple wedding band which makes the details like the finish so much more important. They also allowed me to do a custom engraving in Chinese which I thought was cool :)

So glad I found ROEN. I used to shop from ranges of 14k brands like Mejuri to 18k luxury like Cartier etc for my jewelry, but nothing beats the quality of design and customer service that I've experienced with ROEN. I'm absolutely obsessed with my pieces from their collection and my wishlist from this brand keeps growing. Again great customer service and support and communication on my orders! I can't wait to do bespoke with them one day!

Ordered a tennis bracelet for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. Really appreciated the high-touch customer service from the Roen team that made the entire process super smooth. Bespoke jewelry is expensive and takes a lot of effort. But the Roen team made it a seamless experience, and the product is definitely top-notch. Will definitely shop with them in the future
