They are like "Wearshes" , "Deoove'"and all the other clothing companies. CHECK them out first.!!!!!!! Including the companies that sells the baskets of flowers and hanging baskets!! They lie about Trust pilot and say that they rate them a 4.8 !!! Plus contributing to Cancer........they are disgusting liers!

This company is a rip off! Nothing is as it appears in the picture, it is not true to size and very cheap. I tried to return items and they told me I could not return it to the NJ address on the package because it does not exist they wanted me to send it to some Asian address and cost of shipping was over $40 and they rejected the return! Huge scam, not a legit company!

Received my item a little more than a month. Not remotely as advertised. Colour was not true, size not right and material was a shiny nighty type material. I was expecting a cotton blend. Tried to email the Support email. Got a bounce back that indicates it doesn't exist.

Just don't do it. Waste of money. It takes forever to get what you ordered and it is not anything remotely close, but they make you pay to ship it back. The quality of what I got actually made me laugh.

Stay away from this company!! Item received was wrong. Returned, on my own dime, according to companies instructions. Five months later no refund. Filed through PayPal. They told me once the company received the item they would refund me. Ha! It will never be delivered as supposedly it is still sitting in customs in China…since May. PayPal has extended my claim to see if it will be delivered, if not then it’s likely they will find in the MERCHANTS favor. Total crap

I purchased 3 dresses from this China based company on March 9, 2021 for a trip we had planned on April 25. I paid an extra $8.98 expedited shipping fee. Two of the 3 dresses arrived May 11th. They were GARBAGE! Thin cheap material. Poorly made. Ill fitting. Its August 14th and I've been waiting for a refund on the 3rd dress since May. I've communicated with them weekly. This was their last reply..........

The purchase and delivery was fine. Once I received the items and tried them on, they didn't fit at all. Horibble material and way too small. So in their invoice it states the email of who to contact for returns. I reached out multiple times with no return contact. I have since disputed the charge on PayPal and waiting for a response from them. My next step will be to dispute the charge on my credit card. There's no phone# to contact anyone, only email and no one responds. Be sure if you want to make a purchase with them, it had better fit you and you would like pooly made clothing. For this price point, you can get much nicer items somewhere else.

This company is a scam. I paid $155 for five dresses, I took 2 months to receive four of them that were sized for children. I did a complaint on PayPal and was told to ship them back and I would get a credit. Thing is Rocojjoy wants you to return to China, it was going to cost $60 to return these four pieces of junk. The return address on the envelope they came in was in Illinois. I am sorely disappointed in PayPal and Rocojoy. Do yourself a favor, click away from their site!!!

DO NOT order from this company. I purchased a dress and as soon as I zipped it up, the zipper broke. I am now entering into my second month of dealing with this company to get a refund. I have also spent an additional $27 to ship this back to them and still haven’t received a refund. Terrible experience and terrible company. Do not order from them.

Wish I would have read reviews before I bought from Rocojoy. The dresses I purchased are nothing like the cute pictures online. The quality is Horrible!!
After a month, I only received part of my order. I'm still missing a dress 2 months later. I emailed them to refund me for the missing dress and they said they will send me a tracking number...still haven't received the tracking number or dress. It is too expensive to return the dresses I already have all the way back to China. Ughhh so disappointing!

It took me 9 weeks to receive my order. The dress was horrible quality and looks NOTHING like the photos. I tried to return it but it would have cost me $40 to ship it back to China. The return address was some random person in an office building and not an actual company. Save your time and money.

Awful! Everything written is true. The clothes look cute online then they don’t even look the same in person. The cheapest material, they don’t fit properly and then you have to return to China! Insanity. I’m so pissed I spent so much of my hard earned $ on this garbage! They should be put out of business!

I’m only giving it one star because I couldn’t give it less! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It takes forever to receive your items and they are HORRIBLE quality. I ordered three pieces (a dress, a denim shirt, and a tshirt) all in XL. The dress looks like it’s worth about $3 and the shirt that’s an XL doesn’t fit my friend who is a size 6. I only received 2 items and no one can tell me where the tshirt is!! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time!!

This is a scam, they make cheap knock offs of the clothes they are selling and refuse to refund you once you receive the items. Do not be tricked, this company is a SCAM

Can I give it a zero? Material is like I’m going to go up in flames with a match next to me. Cheap. I posted a review on their site however they clearly do not post any negative ones because mine is not there and I only see 3 stars or more. Garbage. Terrible. I should have googled.

This is the worst company I have ever got clothes from. They one took over a month to process and send my order. Once I got the product it was the worst quality I have ever seen, looked absolutely nothing like the pictures!! I get better quality paying 1/4 the price somewhere else. If you think about buying from here, DONT!!

The clothing quality is not good. I have several returns that I now see I would have to send back to China which will cost more than the clothes.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Don't buy from this site. The clothes are poorly made. I ordered a black and white dress and they used white stitching on the black fabric and you can see the stitching. The fabric is like material that is used for pajamas and the look in photos looks like cotton. I tried to return the item and they said I would have to foot the bill for shipping it back.
