Withdrawal takes 2 weeks
I tried to withdraw $531.49 after initially depositing $440 but they put it on hold for 24-48 hours. After the time passed they asked for proof of deposit which I sent and they asked me to wait for 24 hours to verify. After waiting half a day they again asked for bankstatement which I submitted and AGAIN waited 18 hours just to receive an email saying my withdrawal is rejected cause I have notsubmitted proof of identity which I did at the very beginning through their link and still in my account is says the proof of identity is verified.
They are running such a scam. Until now I havent received my money. Now, I am not even able to withdraw it.

I have already emailed them 1000 time they always reply back with a AI reply saying " its getting looked at" its been nearly 7 days they have said that.
Emailed them again after their review below. They keep sending same reply saying "its under additional verification".I have sent every single document they need and they have been sending same reply eveytime. Chat is very useless it used by bot.

They have stopped all the communication now. What a joke tbh.

They still have not processed it but I am not giving up.
