Poor Business Office

Looks can be very deceiving. 1st off, the nurses and aides are very kind. However, they are over booked. When you click on your light and it takes over an hour for them to come into your room thats extremely frustrating. They have so many patients and not enough staff cause the staff aren't treated well. It took half the time I was there for the kitchen to understand that I am ALLERGIC to bananas. They kept bringing me bananas and stuff with bananas in them. Their business office is some of the rudest people ever. My medicare time ended and they refused to bill my medicaid. Stated I needed a different medicaid and THEY REFUSED TO ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING IT. Because Medicare only pays 1 to 20 days and then your charged a copay from 20 to 100 days then after 100 days, its $0. They still refused to bill Medicaid even though I have Medicaid. Forced me into giving my debit card and then stole $284.63 from me. I didn't agree to that. I can't afford that. My income is fixed as I'm disabled and on Social Security. They offered 0 payment plans, refused to bill Medicaid and refused to bring me into their office to call the state together. They made me appeal Medicare and I knew I would be denied. I'm able to walk 100 ft. Not alone mind you but with a cane/walker. Am I steady? No, I'm not. Can I get to the bathroom without help. For the most part yes but I struggle. Can I shower alone? No, I can't. Can I get dressed? I have to sit down and bend over to slide my pullups and pants over my feet. They kicked me out cause they refused to help me change my medicaid. I am talking to the Ombudsman and I'm talking to an attorney. This place is a joke. Oh and told me if I left on a Saturday, I wouldn't receive my home health. They told me that I would leave against medical advice to leave 4 days before they told me to leave
