I initially but they sent me new nice shirts

The shirts i initially recieved weren't great. But they sent me new ones and they're really nice. Better quality fabric and print. Obviously something went wrong, but to their credit they stepped up and rectified the problem. This i appreciate.

The fabric of our T-shirts is intentionally thin. That is not a flaw, but a conscious choice. Why? Because we (and many other reputable brands) use ring-spun cotton. This has several important benefits:

It prevents body odor, because thin, breathable fabric gives bacteria less chance to thrive

- The shirt is washable, hangable, and wearable with a consistently good fit it won't stretch out or shrink

- It feels light and smooth, which is exactly what premium cotton is known for

Thin does not mean poor quality. On the contrary: this is a deliberately chosen premium quality, which we sell in good conscience – just like many other companies in our industry.

I understand your frustration, especially after taking the time to email us and send photos.

We received your photos, but unfortunately we were unable to open the files you sent. This meant we could not assess the issues you were reporting, and therefore could not offer you a replacement or refund. We should have communicated this more clearly to you, and for that I apologize.

Could you please send the photos again, perhaps in a different format (such as JPEG or PNG)? We would be more than happy to review your case as soon as we can open the files.

We value your feedback and would still like to help you find a proper solution.
