Ordered the larger gear change mount. A bit worried if it would be solid enough.
Well, I shouldn’t have had any doubts at all. I was rock solid.

Excellent communication, helpful with the questions that I asked regarding the sim rig, and delivery was nice and quick, will definitely buy from them again!

After researching many a rig on the market, I went for this and glad I did, looks great and fits well into my room. I think the vast customisation and the ease at which you can do so set's it apart from the rest. Setup with single monitor but will be looking to upgrade to triples probably in the future and the great thing is I won't need to throw away any part of the rig when I do upgrade. Setup takes a bit of time but just makes it feel more personal to you, a bit like when you build your own bike or assemble your first lego megastructure. Plenty of reviews out there to help make up your mind.

Brilliant product. Have this right for about 4 years,with simicube 2 pro it is the most solid rig I have ever used. Also the customer service is excellent would recommend whole heartedly.

Excellent rig. Superb design and looks like a proper piece of furniture and less like scaffolding like a lot of metal rigs on the market.

Using a Fanatec DD at 8nm, the rig is perfectly solid and I’m sure it would be with a higher torque DD.

Overall very impressed.

It is robust, pretty, rather light, easy to assemble, functional, modular. It is the chassis to have if you do not want the traditional metal chassis.

I am very unhappy with the pricing and experience surrounding the RSR-21 Racing Simulator Cockpit. We ordered it from Slovakia on October 21st, and it didn’t arrive until December 17th. The website listed the price as £350, but we ended up paying around €500. On top of that, we were charged a duty fee, required to file numerous forms, and paid an additional 20% local tax. In total, the cost exceeded €600.

Furthermore, the seat holder only came with six bolts, which didn’t fit our seat. This forced us to drill new holes, effectively voiding the warranty. After assembling the frame and tightening everything, I noticed some parts didn’t align perfectly. Despite trying to retighten the screws several times, the issue persists.

On a positive note, the rim is rock solid and doesn’t flex at all, delivering an amazing driving experience. However, the price and the other issues mentioned leave me with a bittersweet feeling overall.

Great product, excellent service and communication.
When I thought there were parts missing they were right on it, even over the weekend. There weren't any missing parts, I had just placed a box over them. Still there was no quibble and they were about to send replacement parts on the Monday.

Awesome experience purchasing this rig and very pleased with the product. So glad i went with this vs an aluminum one. To assume a wood rig isn't as sturdy as metal is outright false (they make homes out of it for a reason). The product is also made and shipped from the UK - which is a huge plus vs rigs made elsewhere.

Fantastic quality, excellent fit, fast delivery, fast response to any questions asked, would definitely recommend.

Shipping was fast and without issues.
Only one small part (nut) was missing, but the support was fast and great and helped to fix the issue.
The assembly instructions are ok for experienced user and could be improved a little bit.
But in general a very, very good product with a little space for improvements at the hardware (for a more comfortable gaming experience).

Product quality and packaging are awesome. The rig could benefit being a little wider, and the center spar limits ease of entry and exit.

This entire purchase truly exceeded all my expectations. All emails were answered promptly by Mark, with the correct answers. The packaging and delivery was perfect. The engineering design, materials selection, and manufacturing process is top notch.
Only one minor area for improvement would be the assembly instructions, which could benefit from a couple of more diagrams, and a BIG number to sequence some drawings that have more than one sub-assembly (maybe not as detailed as LEGO books - but that is a great business model). I recommend buying the cable raceways and upgraded aluminum knobs.

Experience in purchasing and delivery was exceptional and I received it very quickly even being in the states! The rig itself (rsr-21 with triples ) is Awesome!! It went together easily and is rock solid. It handles all my equipment and looks great! You won’t be disappointed if you choose to purchase one! And customer service was excellent!

Finding a rig for someone my size (6' 9") was very hard, and this not only fits, but the name says it all, ROCK SOLID, with a 15nm base, hydraulic pedals, it is everything I was hoping for and more. Had some questions and Mark was very quick to reply and very helpful, I tell everyone who is looking to check them out, and shipping from UK to California was record time!!!

I was looking around the sim racing cockpit market for a while, 2 months give or take, till I came across Rock Solid Rigs. I must admit, I was pretty skeptical looking at this rig as most if not all of the market and sim racers prefer metal cockpits, and so I believed metal was the best option. That was until I watched a mountain of reviews on this thing, all of which said it was amazing, even beating some metal cockpits that cost nearly triple the cost of the RSR-21. After all of the reviews, I decided I would try it out and it was the best decision I made for a sim rig. The setup was straightforward, all the pieces are in one box and you assemble it like a piece of Ikea furniture. I found it quite fun to put it together with each piece and mounting hardware without defects, allowing for a smooth experience. Once it was all set up, It was blissful. I sat down, put my foot on the throttle, and just went, and it felt amazing. I use a pretty heavy load brake pedal, around 65kg with a max of 100kg and there isn't one creak from the pedal board. The steering is the same story, not a creak, and doesn't even move from where I wanted it. The only real issues that I found were the lack of monitor tilt using their monitor mount for the rig and the general seating as it is quite tight around the knees and low to the ground. However, I came from a bad first rig so these issues were extremely minor for me. Overall, if you want a strong, durable, and unique rig and can afford to look over the minor issues I came across, this can be a beast of a rig for any level of sim racer.
