Wow! They got me out of a real emergency. I was delivering the eulogy at the funeral of my best friend in Essex and on arriving at the hotel I discovered that I had left a crucial part of my funeral outfit at home in West Sussex. It was vital for my confidence with what I'd got to do at the funeral the following morning that I had my outfit in tact and Rock Solid collected it from West Sussex that night and had delivered it to me before 10 p.m. Rock Solid service and it really saved me. I don't know his name but thank you to the very courteous gentleman who took the details of the job and reassured me.

I needed to retrieve a valuable and fragile piece of vintage sound-studio equipment from Mansfield. Rock Solid were very helpful and competitively priced. The equipment was picked up late morning, safely delivered a few hours later without a hitch and used in a recording session that same evening in Canterbury.

I had a last minute package to go to Spain urgently at 7pm on a Friday night. It left me at 11pm on the same Friday and arrived at the exact time I requested on Sunday in Valencia.

My son is performing in Guys and Dolls at the Royal Albert Hall today and tomorrow. He lost his Jazz shoes so I had to source new ones... were in Sussex, he is in London. I found them and then called Rocksolid to pick them up and deliver them to the theatre... Polite and helpful and totally understood how important it was that they were delivered on time and placed in the hands of someone that would give them directly to my son. Thank you so much 👍

They were fantastic! I was panicking having left my passport at home before a work trip. A human being picked up the phone and made me feel that this was going to be no problem. And it wasn't. They even arrived earlier than planned.

They were very efficient and reasonably priced , I was very happy with them and the driver was very pleasant
