Be very careful with Rocksolar, a very shady dealer.

I was looking to buy a specific type of solar panels to meet a specific need and would meet the requirements of my solar system to the best possible. I emailed many solar panel dealers in the United States and received some responses but only Rocksolar met my needs. After paying in full to the sales person who responded, I was given a date of delivery. The problem was this, after calling the company, they sold the panels to someone else and didn’t inform me of a now long pending delay in delivery. The panels finally arrived. Upon seeing the palette of very large glass solar panels stored on end in the trailer truck, I became very concerned. The shipping company driver dropped a 600 pound pallet to the floor onto another shipment breaking the pallet. Also the driver didn’t have the proper equipment to get the delivery off the truck. I inspected the panels and found damages throughout but luckily they are working as designed. I feel Rocksolar owes me 50% of my purchase price as I consider all the panels damaged and in used condition. I don’t recommend Rocksolar. The company didn’t package and secure the panels properly for shipping causing damages.
