I love the brand, and the ring I ordered was exactly how I expected it and I'm very happy with it and the beautiful package was a plus!
The team is also very responsive and helpful. One advice if you don't know this already is to check your country's taxes on jewelry... I had the bad surprise to pay quite a high tax for my ring.

I received a turquoise ring as a Christmas gift. It was beautifully crafted, a lovely design, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it was too small. Even though it was purchased outside of the return period, Jess at Rock n Rose couldn’t have been more helpful. Her customer service was top class. The process of exchanging the ring for another size was easy, even though it was over the New Year period. Jess answered all my emails promptly and kept me well informed. I am now happy to have my new ring and would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve recently purchased three vintage rings from Rock n Rose. They’re an outstanding company! The rings were exactly as described; delivery very fast; and communications excellent. Will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend.

Very Unhappy Customer.
I ordered a ring for my wife for her birthday that she had seen on the website. I paid express delivery of 1-2 days so was expecting it yesterday 16th Jan. I needed it for the 18th. They have now emailed to say delivery will be 20th Jan. I have tried for 3 days to phone them as I had no order confirmation and the line cuts off. I tried to log into my account and it says I have no orders. They took payment from Paypal on 14th Jan.

Treated myself to Mabel 1973 Vintage 9ct Gold 3.5 ct Amethyst Single Stone ring. Looks amazing came package beautifully and the whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you.

I have got vintage rings from rock and rose on 3 different occasions - 2 I bought myself and 1 was a gift from my partner who knew I loved everything they put on their website! Horrific customer service, I’ve lost £60.

The rings are cheap plastic, worse than Primark. So overpriced. I ordered for an event and the ring was weeks late, emailed several times trying to cancel the order, then gave up waiting for it to arrive.
Returns are impossible, they don't respond, there's no return address or portal, so its just a money grab site.

Brought two rings as didn’t know which size would be best, the ring was a gift for my god daughter. The package didn’t include any return details. Despite reaching out multiple times I still have not heard anything back from them! Will keep trying…

Ordered some scarves, but quality actually wasn't so great. Did a little digging and found exactly same scarves on aliexpress- for fraction of the price. Yet another company upselling cheap Chinese wholesale goods.
Really disappointed, thought its their original designs. 👎
