I will never buy a gun from them again.

I will never buy a gun from them again.
I have bought 7 guns over the last five years from them.
Recently bought an Over/Under 12ga that was sold as "Mechanically excellent" only to find that the lower barrel wouldn't fire.
The auction house requested I send a quote from a gunsmith for repair.
I had it inspected to find that the firing pin was broken and was sold in that state. $450 for repairs.
RIA offered a $100 credit for parts only and said that "mechanically excellent" is an opinion of their staff and they do not test their guns.

I am in my 30's and, god willing, have another 30+ years of gun buying left. I will never purchase for them again as they sell broken guns.
I will, however, be selling all my broken guns on their site and I have been recommending all I know to do the same.

Poor business strategy RIA

Where are our rifles?

We have some rifles at the auction house. I have written, filled out their online form twice and emailed. I have heard nothing back. I now wonder what has happened to our rifles. I really want them to contact me to sort it out!
The auction house have had the rifles for two years. My email was written to them on 7/12/25. I filled out their online form earlier this month.

RIA misrepresenting items

Unfortunately I am left with no choice other than to tell my story dealing with RIA. My last two purchases were not as described. The first item had altered trigger parts that were not oem and the gun was knicked, scratched and worn placing it at nowhere near 99% as advertised in the listing. Second item similar situation and again nowhere new and not even 94%. RIA is not responding to my concerns despite many emails and calls to customer service and has failed to resolve and rectify their misrepresented item. I do not trust this auction company and moreover they have misrepresented their items but then fail to make good. Do not spend your money here and I have had better luck with Gunbroker, which isn't saying much. Misrepresenting an item is called lying.
